Just post whatever comes to mind.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.
If Oscar Wilde had lived in our time, he would be a /b/tard.
Actually, scratch that. He does, and goes by Jethro Q Walrustitty.

Usually for rapey purposes.
Looking for some stories? It has been about three years since I was a regular poster on the TV Tropes forums (or, certain sections of the forums, at any rate). After looking back and finding my post in the newbie introductions thread, it seems that I joined under the premise of being told that I couldn't join the forums without getting hopelessly addicted, and I had intended to challenge that claim. If a three year absence is any indication, I have succeeded.
TV Tropes Has Not Ruined My Life.
But you came back. That's enough ruination for me.
I liken it to a relapse. I'd be lying if I said thoughts of this forum weren't lying in the back of my mind somewhere for all these years. Time to wistfully prance around the fora, revisit dwellings once known and see what's changed. And then solemnly look across the names of recent posters and realize that I don't know anyone anymore. And then blast it all right back into the back of my mind again before going to bed.
I just woke up from a nightmare about someone laying an antifreeze trap for my pets, and I'm horrified of it happening in real life.
Any tips on preventing it?
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerMan are you in for a treat...
Some animals are trained to only accept food from their food bowls. Maybe that? That's more a police/military thing, though, as far as I know.

MY SOUL IS DARK BUT MY HAIR IS COLORFUL — Brahian Pokémon AlchemistWhat if the Bifröst is actually Rainbow Road?
"We're home, Chewie."There's actually a lot of Fridge Brilliance in that, especially now that two universes have joined with Mario Kart's.
It would also explain the whole Mario Can Breathe In Space thing.
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerNando's is still delicious
Another lurk through r/internetisbeautiful lead me to this website that creates fake news headlines. Results can be pretty funny.

Looking for some stories? What happens if something happens to her? Beyond your distress, that is.
I want like 10 games on that list, but I probably would only have time for like half.
At least you have a supporting company to be taunted by.
Why did I buy a PS Vita.

dead devotionIt would have to be reported, of course. Not sure what would happen after that.
Looking for some stories?Key: I love how they just wrote Zelda there.
;p The other working title was "Zelda Wii", but that's kind of what Hyrule Warriors is.
Oh well. At my age I need a lot in my video games to justify me buying them. A combination of innovation, continuation...and good old nostalgia.
Oh my. New second favorite flag.
Zheleznogorsk bear splitting protons and neutrons. Because why the hell not.
What is that flag for?
A Soviet administrative region of some kind?
'All he needs is for somebody to throw handgrenades at him for the rest of his life...'It's basically a closed city in Russia meaning you have to be permitted to enter or exit - and one working on nuclear projects.
"Did you expect somebody else?"Do they actually let bears do the work? I bet they do.
'All he needs is for somebody to throw handgrenades at him for the rest of his life...'Hey, if a bear could fight in a war, then why not.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!

To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."
