Like I said, when it gets put in the anime (which is about two weeks from now), maybe that'll look better.

Didn't we have a pic of River Tam standing on a pile of bodies somewhere? Maybe it's linked on a Atop a Mountain of Corpses.

I strongly approve of the page image for One-Man Army depicting a female character.

Ah, it's on Power Born of Madness right now, but it doesn't really show that trope. And it would need to be brightened.

Did you mean "brighter"? The dynamic range on a JPG is really small, can't push it much farther without it looking bad, and that shot is dark/shadowy. Will make another pass if people like that except for its brightness.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound antagonistic, it's just that without knowing the format limitations I thought someone would be able to pull more of Summer Glau from that shot. I mean you can barely tell she's a girl let alone that she's standing on/amongst dead people.

Oh, no, criticism is not automatically antagonistic :) Didn't feel that way at all. "JPGs can be hard to brighten" is not a valid defense to "the image still looks dark", I was just making excuses.

Hm. Try right click>view image, it might look a little clearer unshrunk. Maybe not. The "another pass if..." thing was because it takes some time (the "real" solution would be for me to rip that frame from my copy of Firefly), which I'll save unless that picture is the clear winner.

Still prefer Captain America Vs Hydra. It's bright, the colors show clearly the sides, and it's easy to make out.

Weapon X is hard to make out. Who's against who?
