Unless there's evidence that the publisher had some ulterior motive for cancelling the manga, it's failure is still mostly on Sorayama. It does sound like they were actively unhelpful, but this isn't coming from the most unbiased of sources
Just finished Nozaki-kun and am in the mood for some more fluffy shoujo romantic comedies. Recommendations?
Is it safe to assume you saw School Rumble already? if not, you could give Kiss Hi, Not Me a shot.
Never seen School Rumble, but I've heard of it. Might check it out next then.
Don't watch it if you want any sort of resolution in your rom-com though, or dislike idiots going around in circles.
I take it you're not a fan
He's got a point, though. Ending's even more terrible than the anime standard.
I don't remember it ending so much as stopping.
Then again I don't remember it much at all so I couldn't really care.
Are there any plans to translate the third season of Digimon Fusion AKA the time travel season? Also, how is the dubbing of Digimon Tri coming along?
No because it was pretty bad.
And there was no time travel involved either.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.....How the fuck does Time Travel become a thing in Digimon anyway?
Then again, considering the whole Mewtwo being an experiment thing, I may be a little too assuming at this point.

Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...The Digimon Xros Wars/Fusion manga had it with Adventures W Izardmon of all things.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.B-but it's called "The Boy Hunters Who Leapt Through Time." And there's no time travel?
Yup they were fucking with you.
That ain't nothing compared to the massive letdown the crossover finale was.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.just remembered a scene where a guy was being attacked by a monster. And after the monster sliced through some railing managed to trick it into impaling itself on them. But I can't remember which show it was.
anime of decade soon to release, blesses us with visuals to sate our ravenous appetites
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018Unless it turns out to be about Trap Music I see no reason to get excited.
Netsuzou Trap is exciting because Netsuzou trap is the funniest goddamn manga on earth
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018... Reading that summary just makes me feel preemptively sorry for the guys.
...eh, they always have the option of hooking up with each other.
What's precedent ever done for us?NTR, the kink that anime fans don't need, but definitely the one they deserve.
Feel sorry for the black-haired guy, blondie's a total creepo.
The series is an excellent belly laugh for me. I love these darker shades of romance in theory, but the general presentation of the manga is just so fluffy and flowery. You'll get the two heroines sprawled on the bed, cheeks beet red, against a backdrop of those romantic manga background bubble things. The MC, school uniform unbuttoned, will be monoluging about how this is all wrong, but it just feels so kimochi, as the scene fades to white. It just kinda goes all in on that "shojo" flair, so it's hard to take seriously, even when some of the events later on are pretty fucked up on-paper.
It's the yaoi problem, I suppose? Covering a this kind of relationship is great, but the series goes hard on fetishizing this "forbidden intimacy with two giiiiiiirls", and also presenting their weird dynamic as true love. This shit is what made me drop Love Stage, but they go so far here it's kind of wonderful.
Fair point.

"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018Yaoi problem is a good name for it, but it does seem to be a problem with a lot of "forbidden love" stuff. "Some 'love' should be forbidden" would be another good name.
So this image◊ was chosen for the Late for School trope, anyone know where it is from to source it? It seems really familiar but I cant place it.
So... It's not just that it's not entirely Sorayama's fault that Keijo is being cancelled, but painting him as bearing the greater share of the blame for that is also inaccurate?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.
