So I went through the Watamote dub a few days ago. Aside from a few bit performances and a few jokes that weren't quite translated well, it wasn't bad. Apparently Sentai thought otherwise seeing as it was released with absolutely no fanfare whatsoever.
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."So now I'm watching Jinrui Wa Suitai Shimashita.
The manzines... truly, humanity has declined far.
Also, is it just me or does the ending animation depict the main character dying by slipping on a banana peel?
I couldn't conceive a dream so wet; your bongos make me congo. The banana peel thing will be explained...kind of.
Sounds like fun.
Aww, those poor space probes...
So Assistant-kun defined his personality based on the gossip of a bunch of Watashi clones. And the one and only thing he ever said was a bad pun.

I couldn't conceive a dream so wet; your bongos make me congo.A-1 Picture was voted the sixth most evil Japanese corporation of 2014. Can't say I am surprised.
Care to explain to those of us who don't have the privilege of knowing anything about that company?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.... but...... a lot of their shows are... really good.....
Maybe that's the point. Have you seen Welcome To The NHK?
"Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes."A-1 overworked their animators and one of them committed suicide.
.......................... when did this happen?
With the # of shows they're making at the same time, I knew they had to pay for it in some way.
May?? Wow!
their rate of output in recent years has been completely bananas, so really not surprising...
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!Have you ever watched Fairy Tail? The animation is around the quality level of the first Dragonball episode!!!! * ____ *
Of course, the main reason US fans would declare that company evil is because of the somewhat heavy association with a certain licensor...

... yeah now that I think about it, Aniplex has a hand in all of A1's productions in some way!
Honestly I'm more alarmed that "overworks their employees to the point of suicide" only makes them sixth most evil corporation.
They call the relationship between big business, civil bureaucracy and the party elite the Iron Triangle in Japan. That particular side of the Triangle can be pretty brutal.
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception. The rest of the list:
1. Yamada Denki (electronics)
2. Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly (urban planning)
3. Tama Home (real estate)
4. Ricoh (electronics)
5. Akita Shoten (manga publisher, the first result is a suit against them for overworking their mangakas to the point of sickness and fire them immediately for requesting a sick leave)
7. Takano Yuri (service industry, labour law violation)
8. Daisyo (food)
9. West Japan Railway Company
10. Zensho (food)
11. Shochi Fukaya (private school)
Anyone know what the difference(s) are between the 2009 and 2014 DVD releases of Eureka Seven? Other than that one's published by Bandai and the other by Funimation.
It's pretty much exactly the same. Can't determine if the Bandai release is more or less expensive now that it's out of print.
It seems that it was more expensive at one point, but it appears to be less expensive right now on Amazon.
They should take back the rights for Toriko, because their OVA for it was effin awesome and Shonen Jump was dumb for having Toei take over.
Watch Symphogear
well that sounds exactly like my kind of show. you've convinced me to give it a shot at some point.
