Alright, confess odd things.

For example, I'm jealous to my big brother becuase he discovered The Smiths first. Dammit, now I can't have a crush for Morrisey without feeling weird about it.

I hate Super Bowl commercials.

I never really cared about the Superbowl, but now I'm forced to care because it's the highest volume of traffic my job gets, and more or less everyone is forced to work then for unreasonable hours and too much work.

Er, Six, I'd rather not have the name of the place I work at publicly out there on here, just in case of anything. Don't like mixing my personal life, professional life, and my online life too much. Sorry.

But yeah, I work at a pizza place.

If I'm ever caught in a bomb scare and have to monitor whatever is there, I want to be humming Canon in D until the bomb squad DO arrive.

if there's going to be random classical music during a bomb scare, I'm going full on. if it's a dramatic moment Dies Irae (Verdi or Mozart), or if it's not, Lacrymosa.

yeah. I studied a lot of music from various eras in college. random music happens in my mind ALL THE TIME. usually I can come up with lyrics or a song from any title/random word combination.

The timing is trickier but Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture could also have a place in such a situation.

Nah, 1812 Overture is too cliche

And Pachelbel's Canon isn't? Admittedly in a different context. I mean if Rachel did wander around humming it people would wonder "Why is there wedding music?"

Odd confession: I like to walk around (home and outside) keeping my eyes shut for as long as possible - and never more than a reverse-blink to get my bearings.

Canon in D being a cliche for peaceful situations is what'd make that entertaining, the juxtaposition of the situation and unfitting music.

I leave my house as often as I can. And I'm almost always in town.

Because I don't like my home. I have all sorts of reasons. But that's one of them. The home is in bad shape and needs all sorts of work. And I'm scared of it because has lead paint on it that I haven't finished painting over yet. I don't want lead poisoning, I love my mind and I don't want to lose a single brain cell. And because my home is in a bad area of town with lots of crime.

I have good reasons for going into town. I like eating out and I like meeting people. And I like window shopping and being in crowds. But those aren't the only reasons. And I can barely afford to work on my home because of electrolysis.

I also go into town a lot because I apply for jobs almost every day. And it's easier to do that if you stay in town.

So... I have all sorts of reasons, but I'm almost always in town. Sometimes, I think it would be so neat to live in the Pokemon World. Not just because I've always wanted to have cute Pokemon as companions, but because I could just backpack around the world.

I dislike asking for help, because I always feel like the answer is either going to be no or that people will resent me for needing assistance.

Similarly, I don't tend to ask people to hang out very often or get in touch with them as much as I'd like to because I tend to feel like I'm being annoying by simply trying to talk to them. Something I picked up on when I was a kid that I've never been able to shake mentally despite being a really different person now.

Same here. My self-esteem is SOOO horrible that I can't work up the courage to ask someone to hang out or help me with something.

Another one: I don't get people who label themselves as misanthropic.

Seeing the Bathos trope potholed makes me laugh more than the description of what's happening itself.
