Alright, confess odd things.
Excessive complaining isn't allowed anywhere on the site. Keep it out of this thread.
For example, I'm jealous to my big brother becuase he discovered The Smiths first. Dammit, now I can't have a crush for Morrisey without feeling weird about it.

I never really cared about the Superbowl, but now I'm forced to care because it's the highest volume of traffic my job gets, and more or less everyone is forced to work then for unreasonable hours and too much work.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here....what the hell do you work as?
They do have medals for almost, and they're called silver![redacted]

While at work today, I imagined Droopy singing "Don't Worry, Be Happy".

(Annoyed grunt)Er, Six, I'd rather not have the name of the place I work at publicly out there on here, just in case of anything. Don't like mixing my personal life, professional life, and my online life too much. Sorry.
But yeah, I work at a pizza place.

Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Sorry about that.
S'all good, brah.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.If I'm ever caught in a bomb scare and have to monitor whatever is there, I want to be humming Canon in D until the bomb squad DO arrive.
"Did you expect somebody else?"For some strange reason, I just had the idea to dress up my female characters in catsuits and fur coats. ^_^;; Except for Kayla, maybe.
Flora is the most beautiful member of the Winx Club. :)if there's going to be random classical music during a bomb scare, I'm going full on. if it's a dramatic moment Dies Irae (Verdi or Mozart), or if it's not, Lacrymosa.
yeah. I studied a lot of music from various eras in college. random music happens in my mind ALL THE TIME. usually I can come up with lyrics or a song from any title/random word combination.
I'll show you lightning! The timing is trickier but Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture could also have a place in such a situation.
You must agree, my plan is sheer elegance in its simplicity! My TumblrNah, 1812 Overture is too cliche
And Pachelbel's Canon isn't? Admittedly in a different context. I mean if Rachel did wander around humming it people would wonder "Why is there wedding music?"
Odd confession: I like to walk around (home and outside) keeping my eyes shut for as long as possible - and never more than a reverse-blink to get my bearings.
You must agree, my plan is sheer elegance in its simplicity! My TumblrCanon in D being a cliche for peaceful situations is what'd make that entertaining, the juxtaposition of the situation and unfitting music.
Ah, I'd just taken it at pun value.
You must agree, my plan is sheer elegance in its simplicity! My TumblrI leave my house as often as I can. And I'm almost always in town.
Because I don't like my home. I have all sorts of reasons. But that's one of them. The home is in bad shape and needs all sorts of work. And I'm scared of it because has lead paint on it that I haven't finished painting over yet. I don't want lead poisoning, I love my mind and I don't want to lose a single brain cell. And because my home is in a bad area of town with lots of crime.
I have good reasons for going into town. I like eating out and I like meeting people. And I like window shopping and being in crowds. But those aren't the only reasons. And I can barely afford to work on my home because of electrolysis.
I also go into town a lot because I apply for jobs almost every day. And it's easier to do that if you stay in town.
So... I have all sorts of reasons, but I'm almost always in town. Sometimes, I think it would be so neat to live in the Pokemon World. Not just because I've always wanted to have cute Pokemon as companions, but because I could just backpack around the world.

Why were you born in such a cruel, violent world?Oh, I get it, Canon, cannon, haaa
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.I dislike asking for help, because I always feel like the answer is either going to be no or that people will resent me for needing assistance.
I'll show you lightning!Similarly, I don't tend to ask people to hang out very often or get in touch with them as much as I'd like to because I tend to feel like I'm being annoying by simply trying to talk to them. Something I picked up on when I was a kid that I've never been able to shake mentally despite being a really different person now.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Same here. My self-esteem is SOOO horrible that I can't work up the courage to ask someone to hang out or help me with something.
Another one: I don't get people who label themselves as misanthropic.

"Thanks for the lesson. But I don't need you to tell me who I am."Seeing the Bathos trope potholed makes me laugh more than the description of what's happening itself.
"Did you expect somebody else?"Why not? (about the misanthrope thing)
I have to return some videotapes. My WallTo me it generally comes across as stereotypical teenage "edginess".
That's different from not understanding why somebody would describe themselves that way though.

I hate Super Bowl commercials.
