Multiplicatively. That said, you probably want mpen, since most of her damage is magic.
I'm asking because I've been being silly and messing around with playing AD Kayle. The one game where I just stacked Armor Pen+Blade I seemed to just shred the enemy tanks.
No idea of what is going on.Urgh, finally made it back to Silver II.
Hopefully I should be able to make it to Gold before the end of the season.
The Great Northern Threadkill. You ever get into one of those games where it feels like you do everything right, and come out ahead in kills and the enemy team has a stupid comp, but the enemy wins anyways because they're focused or whatever?
Turns out being on the 'wins anyways' side of that equation feels unreasonably good. Because Teamwork is OP and I'm a fucking boss Tristana!
I mean it probably helps that I was twice the level of the other team. But my team was half of their levels, so it balances out. At least according to League's matchmaking system anyhow.
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.annie is a balanced champion that takes a lot of skill to play properly, especially when it comes to cs'ing and mana management

People say Annie's imbalanced because she has a 0 counterplay, point and click AoE stun with Tibbers and her passive.
Which is completely true. The only counterplay to her stun is Banshee's Veil and the likelyhood it's not popped before she throws out a Stun-Tibbers is infinitesimally small.
Also, in case you all missed it: Surrender at 20 Red Post Collection: Origins of PROJECT, PROJECT Concept Art & Panorama, Lyte & ZenonTheStoic Ask.fm roundup, & more
I really like this explanation of the PROJECT line:
PROJECT: is the perfect fusion of one’s supernatural essence with advanced weaponry and body augmentation. This linking of technology and energy allows extraordinary hosts to channel their essence into physical manifestations and, in rare cases, transcend the corporeal plane. Only subjects possessing extremely focused inner essence and exceptional physical attributes can unlock the true power of PROJECT.
It also shows that Cybernetics Eat Your Soul is Zigzagged with that skin line as well.
"Artists decided to keep PROJECT skins people-sized, though the champions have fused and augmented their bodies using some big, crazy technology. “In order to become PROJECT you have to surrender your humanity," says Lisa “Saiyaka” Thorn, a visual designer. "The technology takes over your soul."
PROJECT champs aren't just soulless husks, though. Little clues point to their human origin: Yasuo's leather glove, Leona's exposed jaw, Master Yi's wuju-sculpted washboard abs. These aren’t robots—they’re just seriously tricked out people."

After playing halfway through the tutorial last night, I'm left wondering if letting the minions do most of the work while I steal their kills is an valid tactic.
Answer no master, never the slave Carry your dreams down into the grave Every heart, like every soul, equal to breakYes
The minions is everyone else
It's called ' last-hitting'.
The Great Northern Threadkill. Not to say you shouldn't never hit them when they aren't going to die, I made that incorrect assumption myself long ago. You don't and the enemy does, they'll be hitting your turrets and getting to the Nexus faster than you will.
There's a time to last-hit, and a time to push wildly.
I do believe learning when and how to do either is sort of important.
The Great Northern Threadkill. Also for the love of god, don't think you're actually supposed to build a Thornmail on Ashe, or ANY ADC.
You're not supposed to do that, but Riot needed to actually half-ass their tutorial (seriously, if you need to learn the game watch streams or something. The tutorial actually gives bad tips)
The tutorials for Dota 2 don't give any misleading info (not that I recall, anyway), but they leave a hell of a lot out. Most notably, they never tell you about jungling or checking Rune spots, both of which are far from intuitive.
I remember Heroes of the Storm's tutorial being okay, but it still makes me think that MOBA developers barely put any effort into their tutorials, as a rule. Probably because they know that players will get 99% of their knowledge of game mechanics from wikis and player guides, so why bother?
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.If I remember correctly, the Thornmail is just so Ashe can't actually die in the Tutorial, but I might be wrong.
x3 and 2: To be fair, the tutorial in World of Tanks is actually worse in terms of content (The classes are left unexplained, nothing on advanced driving skills and ammo types, and it fails on explaining how ballastics works).
Answer no master, never the slave Carry your dreams down into the grave Every heart, like every soul, equal to breakYeah, they have the tutorial to give you the absolute basics, not anything in-depth.
They Are Coming: Listen To Their Tale has been revealed.
And it confirms it: New champ is a double Yin/Yang thing with a Male(Wolf) and Female(Lamb) aspect. Prolly gonna be a Stance System champ.

"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!""Finally!"
- All 3 players that wanted a lamb champion.
Thank god it wasn't a man with long hair and a axe.
DeerWell what do you know, the teaser meant that whatever champ had the icon was marked for death.
Uh.
I forget, does % armor pen stack additive or multiplicatively? Mostly because I've just been having fun with full AD-Armor Pen Kayle.
Also I need to remember to go Shyvana top lane soon and see how much health I can stack :P.
No idea of what is going on.
