Is the punchline "Airmen are rich"?

The punchline I think is that airmen don't solve things in a "military" fashion. They do it in a way more akin to a civilian approach.

Pretty much.

I mean, it's kind of a four-point punchline, given the wildly different interpretations of what is nominally the same phrase. Separated by a Common Language doesn't just apply to transatlantic relations.

Strava has released a heat map of Fitbit users. And probably other wearables.

Why is it in this thread? Because there's a ton of trails showing patrol routes or people simply keeping them turned on past points where they really should have been turned off or turned in.

The fitbit map is amusing because it flags both American and Russian bases. Iranians are evidently not big into Fitbit.

US looking at artillery fired HVP (Hyper Velocity Projectiles) as a possible facet of missile defense. This would include both Naval deck guns and US field artillery. The current plans are that within the year they will be conducting testing.

It's been over a year since I got assigned to my location.

....and I'm starting to wonder if being assigned here basically means Reassigned to Antarctica because goddamn, almost every single US Army personnel I see here seems miserable and can't wait to get out of this unit.
