Weird dreams

I dreamt that my dad was rubbing a ceramic dolphin on himself. He claimed it was so that A.) he wouldn't have to pee as often, and B.) a graze he had wouldn't be as sore. I failed to see how it could accomplish either.

I remember having a dream where I was in a group with two other people, and we were going to Walmart. However, one of the people I was with was apparently banned from Walmart for some reason.

We had a conversation about it, and agreed that maybe he could try to go in anyway, just to see if maybe the store changed their minds about the ban. They did not — we stepped in, the building's "recognition software" could tell that it was him, and he got kicked out immediately.

...What the fuck did he do at Walmart?!

I dreamed. I was watching Dora the Explorer, and Boots interrupted the interview to ask, "How did we get to Germany?" Dora said she didn't know, shrugged it off, and continued with the episode.

I was in some high up apartment or hotel room with my boyfriend. Directly across the street in a different apartment this lady had some pets that she apparently wasn't caring for. And somehow we knew this and wanted to help, but the only way to her place was a wooden beam across the rooms, and I was too scared of heights to cross. We somehow still saved one of the pets.

In last night's dream, I was supposed to do a travel to another state, though I don't remember which one (apparently somewhere in the north of USA, so likely Wisconsin or Minnesota). The strange thing is that I was supposed to travel via a terminal bus, but instead of going through a terminal station I had to go to an airport, which supposedly had both aerial and terrestrial transport services. Also, the airport itself looked very different from that of Midland's, it looked more similar to the Punta Cana airport (complete with palmtree-based ceilings!)

The airport also looked much bigger. It was 6:30 am, so my head was still half-asleep. As I walked across the rows of people to catch the bus, I probably got lost somewhere because I quickly realized I was inadvertently heading to a Qatar Airlines plane... and I didn't think that would take me to Wisconsin or Minnesota. So I tried to walk back, but the neaby stewardesses were pointing me forward (while speaking in Arabic... I'm pretty sure they would speak to me in English at least -_-). I knew I was in a real jam; luckily for me, since the intended passengers would have to board the airplane from outdoors (as the walkway wasn't railroading us directly to the plane's entrance door), I took the chance to detour to the area where the terminal buses were preparing to depart.

I boarded the bus, and I thought the crisis was over. However, shortly after the trip began, the driver stopped to reach a locale, and told us that he needed to go there to help in an unspecified emergency. Many of us got off the bus in the meantime, and I approached what seemed to be a mini-tunnel beneath a train rail (very similar to one that is located in Lake Wales, Florida ). I sat down there to wait, and after a brief time I saw my brother approaching me; I told him that the bus stopped because the driver was finding out about an emergency, though I dodn't know what it was. My brother gave me a delicious toasted bread with ham and cheese to get some breakfast, and after a while the bus drive approached us to give me 400$. Apparently, whatever emergency he was into ended up requiring his attention for the rest of the day, so the trip was canceled and he was giving us the money we paid for the trip with plus some more as courtesy.

I woke up without even knowing what went wrong. I jokingly also thought that the stewardesses of the Qatar Airways plane would still look for me IRL after trying to persuade me to travel with them.

I was in a maze, but giant rats were chasing me, so I had to find a way past them. When I finally got to the end, the only prizes I got were fifteen bucks and a bowling ball.

I dreamed that I was in an episode of some Yu-Gi-Oh! anime, dueling against a classmate, and after my opponent destroyed one of my face-down cards, its effect activated, forcing us both to Tribute one monster from our hands or fields to Special Summon some other monster, and then a headmaster tells us we're going to have another duel, but the only ones allowed to know about it is the three of us.

I was a Flamigo and I had to dance with the flock. I wasn't very good. Before they could peck me for my incompetence, I woke up.

I dreamed my tenant broke his bathroom window. so we went to the hardware store to buy him in a new one. Only for some reason I was wearing my pjs, one of my slippers as the other one vanished and were driving around in his truck.

I was in some big play that to my knowledge we'd never rehearsed since our roles were all gone over very fast that day as we walked the venue. I was in a group with other people and I mainly remember that we were the green faction; what story this was exactly kept changing but I think at times it was either Hamlet or Game of Thrones so... yeah, quite ambitious. But anyway we had time to explore this big place and go to this big gift shop where they mostly had a bunch of junk, but I still found some cool stuff. Before the play began my boyfriend showed up so that we could leave early for something else. I wanted to talk to my director but we couldn't find her as we wandered the area. Then I woke up.

I dreamed that someone started an avatar cult of gas mask maids as part of a Halloween thing. The number of members who actually joined in the cult was… just one.

I accidentally put on two pairs of shoes at once.

I had this dream two nights ago, but I was too exhausted to talk about it. Luckily, I still remember the majority of details:

I dreamed that a young friend of mine came to visit me in USA. He told me that he applied to do a course in becoming a ninja, but he needed to travel to Japan and, bec ause he's underage, needed to be accompained by an adult so he could go. And of course, he chose me. I didn't know jack poop about Japanese, so I was hoping that my English would suffice so we could make our way where we needed to go.

And yes, this would be my second dream in the span of a week involving an airport. What could this mean?

We went to the Midland International Airport, where a Japanese Boeing was about to take off (at least we didn't take a wrong turn to a Qatar Airways plane this time, huh?). The stewardesses were also very kind to us, and spoke good English (though even Engrish would have been easier to understand than Arabic... OK, OK, I'll stop now ). Now, since I never flew in a Boeing, I had no idea would it would feel like; but in this dream, I felt a very strong G force when it accelerated to take off. I doubt this actually happens in real life, and sure hope it doesn't happen, or else I'll never want to board one!

We arrived to Sapporo. Strangely, the guy who received us in the immigration checkpoint spoke perfect Spanish (the language isn't at all a thing in Japan in real life, AFAIK), but at least he was also nice. Also strange was that, though we departed from Midland during midday, it was also midday in Japan, so I assume the flight lasted a full day.

In the next scene of the dream, we entered a temple. I assumed this was the area my friend was going to reside for his course, since it was also there where his sensei would teach him and the other students about ninja stuff. However, when we moved through the rooms, a Japanese lady told us (in English, no idea how she knew I understood that language instead of assuming I knew Japanese) that the man who would receive us was busy with "something", and asked us to wait outside. So we went outside... and then we saw some young teenagers enter the temple. My friend and I assumed that the guy who would receive us was ready, so we came in again. Once inside, my friend asked me why there were so many billboards in the English streets, and I told him that it was because the language was actually common in Japan (and basically a necessity when it came to popular culture). When we reached to what we thought would be the reunion point, we saw a naked man (I think he was the sensei) receiving a massage from... a naked woman, who asked us with an unexpected politeness to wait outside. For some reason (maybe blind instinct?), we didn't walk back but forward, and in the next room we saw some people having lunch. We figured we could wait there.

The next part of the dream had me back in the US. My friend wasn't around so I assumed he stayed in Japan. I was playing Doom, specifically what seemed to be a stage from the mod Anomaly Report, as the design was very similar to that of the stages of that mod IRL. I woke up not too long afterwards.

A bunch of students were surrounding and harrassing an office I was in. Then one of them broke into the office piloting a Mini-Mecha, which started shooting lasers at us. That part was apparently just a dream (within the dream), but the harassment part was "real" (in-dream) and that all the employee's P Ms were being spammed with Italian memes (it contained Italian flags). Also, when I opened my Minecraft world, my player character is now located in a swamp, half-submerged in water, while being attacked with new mobs such as a giant dragonfly that spits fire and some large insect.

I was watching some old commercials on Youtube, and this Frosted Flakes commercial came up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4xwd1kKaZU except for some reason the Gross Sisters from The Proud Family were in the background making snide remarks. And one of them farts at one point.

I was driving... somewhere, and it kept requiring going through the very curvy highway. At one point I accidentally started driving over gravel on the side of the road. Then there was all this trash and other junk in the road, and it was hard to get around, so I got out and physically had to push the car through until I could drive normally again. I also kept reaching what I guess was some sort of parking garage. I convinced the lady to not charge me by just charging other people, which somehow worked as she gave them all "brown notes" (yep lol).

Aside from all the random driving I also remember a section that took place in... well, I think part of it was my house (or a relative's house maybe) but then it was also some sort of movie theater. I mainly just remember trying to get a bunch of specific snacks or something along those lines.

I dreamed that Capcom made a Darkstalkers 4, but they didn't add any new characters. It was 2D, though, not 2.5D like most modern fighting games. The graphics were definitely improved, by the way.

I was in my old kindergarten class with my old kindergarten teacher (who I'm 90 percent sure is retired now as this was in 1999/2000) but it was Billy Madison style where I was my current age and I was surrounded by 5/6 year old children.

Last night, I had a few weird dreams.

I've been playing a lot of Pokemon heartgold lately, so I dreamed that I attempted to rematch the Elite Four/Champion, and I made it all the way to Lance before I realized that for some reason, I only had three good Pokemon in my party. They were level 50, and one was a Gyarados, but I don't remember what the others were. The other three slots consisted of two low-leveled Pokemon and an egg. How I managed to get through the Elite Four with that team is beyond me.

I dreamed that I could fly! I was involved in some tests and contests against other people who could fly. The contests weren't about flying the highest or fastest; points were awarded based on other things, though I can't remember what.

Then I dreamed about a crossover between Pokemon and Kingdom Hearts. The Master of Masters and Luxu were able to shapeshift, and they used this power to take on different identities and further their plans. The Master of Masters turned into a weirdly-colored Meowscarada, while Luxu turned into Ethan, the male protagonist of the Johto games. That's right, Ethan was Luxu all along!

My first dream was short but stressful. I had 51 notifications on the site, pretty much all of them were old queries of mine being bumped and spammed.

The second is the one I'm still thinking about. So I was having some birthday party or something and I invited two friends "from school", one of whom I think is based on a Youtuber I like and the other, yeah, dunno. But they didn't really like each other which was a downer. Oh well, I guess, except that these characteristics interested me enough to have a second related party dream.

This time I invited a bunch of people, like way too many, to the venue. It was a small place surrounded by trees and a hill. The rooms were blank white and had codes to get around, codes that were unique to the party and... I didn't know mine. Supposedly it was a popular place for parties because they did games and taught karate and stuff but we had to stay in a kinda small room while waiting. I tried to decorate it as much as possible because I was the only one doing anything in this damn party. Anyway we tried to hang out outside but then it started to snow so I called everyone back inside. There were others in the room so I got worried that it wasn't mine, which it wasn't, but the only friend in the room with me at the time seemed annoyed by my concern. Everyone else had already left to do a weird game so we joined them.

Oh, and at one point I was given a check but for some reason I put it in the microwave or something ^note  it looked like a microwave but had the properties of a toaster or oven since it was using actual heat and fire It obviously got a bit cooked but it also had a weird electric charge. Needless to say, I was unable to cash the check

I had a dream where I was in a race, I guess. The race had some oddly specific rules, such as "If you see a rainbow, don't tell the people in front of you about it" (so what's the point?).

It seemed to be some sort of Wacky Racing situation, too, because I have absolutely no idea what we were supposed to be using to race with. At some point during the race, I was suddenly in a car with my dad, and we were on a highway going through Chicago. There was a tornado within sight, as well as at least one other one that was about to touch the ground, but no one was all that concerned about this. Also, Do Not Touch the Funnel Cloud seemed to be at play here, because the tornadoes weren't even really doing much.

At some point towards the end, I found out that I was going to be going on vacation somewhere, and we were going on a plane. I was confused because I hadn't been on an airplane since I was about 9, and I didn't even know where we were going, but I woke up before I could figure out how that went.

That sounds pretty cool, except the airplane part. My dream last night was related to vacations and racing too.

I was in a desert somewhere in America. I was with a tour group going to see a recreation of the pyramids in Egypt. The tour guide sounded very serious, as if we were going to see the actual pyramids. The pyramids looked real enough, and we excitedly dashed inside.

Inside, there was a long, spiraling stone staircase that went deep underground. It got dark, and I was afraid there would be people in mummy costumes or something waiting to jumpscare us.

Instead, at the bottom, there was a real life Mario Kart track. Yes, really. We each got to choose our own "character" (actually, we were choosing a full-sized car decorated to fit that character.)

Along with the normal Mario characters, there were some unexpected characters too, like Klonoa, Goodra, and Amy Rose.

Unfortunately, I woke up before we actually got to start racing.

On Easter Sunday this year, my mom was listening to music while, in the same room, I was sleeping in. In one part of my dream, I think I heard a song normally while dreaming I was in the half-bath at my dad's house. However, the following later part of the dream must have changed up the lyrics.

I dreamed about snowy weather at night on the block where I currently live. I could hear music, and when my stepmom showed up, she got out of her Jeep to sing, leaving the Jeep to run loose down the road! I may have faintly heard a crashing sound. After that, with the volume of my voice limited for some reason, I said something like, "And that, my friends, is how you act like a fuckhead!" I then made a shushing sound because someone very wholesome was walking down the road: Barney the Dinosaur! He was accompanied by Baby Bop and some humans, and as he approached, he was singing nonsense similar to the beginning of a promo that was filmed for PBS in Kentucky. It's also worth noting that, just like my stepmom, they were northbound, but why were they allowed to jaywalk?!

And now, here's a classic dream of mine:

I think I was in Grade 1 when I dreamed about travelling in a transparent elevator that could travel between a couple of buildings. Telling people at school about this dream is what caused me to hear about Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for the first time.

My parents and I were captured and tied to tables. We were then force fed artificial chocolate while being how bad it is for you.

I was playing an 8-bit La-Mulana 3 on a New Game Plus mode of some sort, and exploring the Gate of Guidance (which looked super different compared to its prior appearances) and then got killed by an unexpected boss I thought I could beat. ;-;"
