Create a feat/special rule for the above troper!

Feat:

Black and White

Black Wolfe has had a rivalry with white garbed foes all his life. He always has the initiative against a foe dressed in [White Clothes], and also gains +2 to attack.

Flank Shot
Similar to a bank shot, but without having to actually hit anything. Flanker can redirect his ammunition mid-air to hit his target from odd angles, flanking them with fire.

Runic Language

Runic gains an automatic success for any rolls to translate from Dwarven laguages into Human languages.

Multiversal Man:

Any versions of Pentigan from an alternate universe present in his same plane of existence will automatically be fused with our in-universe Pentigan. All stats improve to equal the combined sum of all Pentigans that fuse together.

Swordsman-Ship

The Ginkei can area attack in a straight line when wearing Powered Armor with jet engines and wielding any sword.

Stop Shipping Me!

Kuro, being a master of evasion, can perform a complete reversal of his opponent's last turn once per battle, and that opponent cannot perform the same turn afterwards. However, as a result he must give up a turn of his own in turn.

Anything That Moves

Kuro Fox has a 20% chance of infatuating any enemy that attacks him, regardless of gender, species, or whether or not it's alive.

MY NAME'S! NOT! GINNY!

If anyone doesn't call The Ginkei by his real name he goes onto a rage, adding +10 to any attacks he deals out for 3 turns.

Unstuck
Tre can resurrect one ally as a fictional version of itself. This ability cannot be played if any distractions are in play.

Digitized vision

Blackwolfe can cause himself or an ally to see the world slightly digitzed and pixellated, making it seem a bit like a video game. This can help keeping an emotinoal distance to what is seen, adding a +3 Save bonus to any visual effects. Prolonged use can cause headaches or loss of vision.

Don't Call Me Foxy

If anybody, ANYBODY at all, calls Kuro "Foxy", he will lash out at whoever said it, but will lose -1 stealth.

Insomniac Fangirl

A Crack in Time is a fangirl of the series Insomniac, as such she automatically gains the Dere-Dere modifier (Even without having the Tsundere modifier) when within 3 spaces of a character with the [Insomniac Character] modifier.

The Unknown One:

Pentigan gets a +3 attack bonus on any enemies that are not intimately familiar with him.

Hidden Boss

The Ginkei may look harmless and be a valuable ally, but watch out - on a 1-in-20 roll of the dice, The Ginkei might transform into an Eldritch Abomination and turn on any and all allies.

Dead Eyes

Anyone who sees Pirka's deadly glare who fails their saving throw will faint under the extreme terror.

Feat:

Not quite dead...

Awesome Zombie is, well, a zombie. This grants them the ability to come back from the dead: they have a 5% chance of reviving each turn if they've been struck down.

Ace Combat:

Flanker 66 receives a +5 boost to attack and evasion against any enemies that attempt to attack him from a lower plane of reference.

Pigeonholed

Whenever in bird form, The Ginkei has the ability to add +5 defense whenever he wishes, but only once per battle.

Creator

Tre has created at least one fictional universe. After 5 turns, he may summon a weapon from said fictional universe to assist him. After another 5 turns, it will dissipate.
