Story Weaver

Sullen Frog is a talented story-teller, and can make even the most preposterous story sound somewhat legitimate. +1 to all persuasion rolls, and you can re-roll any failed persuasion roll (though you must accept the result, even if it is worse).

Tactical Flight: whenever a creature blocks Flanker 66, clash with its controller. If you win the clash, untap Flanker 66 and it deals 5 damage to that creature. (Each clashing player reveals the top card of his or her library, then puts that card on the top or bottom. A player wins if his or her card had a higher converted mana cost.)

Rulings: 7/25/2010 — This ability does not remove Flanker 66 from combat.

Special Rule:

Planeswalker

Haven's frequent travels into the Outer Planes has given him an affinity for the more inimical realms of existence. He gains a +5 bonus to all Defenses in order to save against the various effects of the Planes, and once per day he can use Planeshift as a spellcaster of 9th-level.

Feat:

Voiceover Victory
Once per encounter, Sullen Frog can use his voice to stun enemies and/or gain +3 in Negotiations.

Special Rule/Feat(?):

Elusive

Once per day, Runic can evade combat due to their high speed and maneuverability.

Special Rule:

Cuteness Concentration Corruption
Flanker takes a -1 penalty to concentration when something with the Special Rule Cute is within one square of him.

Special Rule:

Assassin

Runic has a higher chance of executing a critical hit if they attack an enemy's back.

Special Rule:

Afterburn

Flanker 66 is such an excellent pilot that he can safely push his fighters beyond their normal thresholds. Any aircraft piloted by Flanker 66 is considered to have a speed 6 squares greater than that listed in its stat block, and its maximum speed is increased by 50 kilometres.

Feat:

Smooth Criminal

Sullen Frog is a master thief - he gains +2 on any roll related to stealing an item.

Feat:

Kamikaze
Once per encounter, if equipped with a (vehicle) of any type, Flanker can crash the (vehicle) into the opponent, bailing out at the last second. 1d6 X 1/3 the weight of the vehicle. Extra 1d20 is rolled for explosive damage if applicable. If (vehicle) is (plane) in sub-type, add an extra 1d20.

Feat:

Fur and Fang

Runic can use their teeth and claws as natural weapons (1d6 piercing and 1d4 slashing, respectively). Runic is never considered unarmed as a result.

Looks can be deceiving - any character that tries to attack Runic will suffer a -1 penalty to attack.

  • Only the most grievous of wounds stop Flanker66's advance. Unless critically injured, he does not suffer injury penalties.

If using a scoped weapon, Rallyfan gains +1 to hit due to their military training.

I don't favor scopes, Flanker. That was misapplied.

  • Flanker66 has seen conflict around the world. As such, he gains a +5 to all morale and leadership checks.

^Feat:

Cuts like a knife
If equipped with any ((blunt))(weapon), the damage is given an extra 1d4, with added ability of (bleeding) due to Flanker's skill at bashing things.

Special Rule:
Copycat
Ralleyfan can equip a disguise that will temporarily make him appear to be a different character. +3 to ((Aircraft)) skill while wearing the (Flanker) disguise.

When commanding a squad of allied [Infantry], Flanker can execute disobedient or panicking units to restore morale to the entire squad.

Special Rule:

Shapeshifter

Runic's appearance is as fluid and mercurial as the sea. As a standard action, they can alter their appearance to resemble another humanoid creature with the [Anthro] or [Werewolf] subtypes.

When leading from the front, units under Sullen Frog do not suffer from lowered morale.

Sullen Frog can convince even the most stubborn foe to yield. +2 to all persuasion rolls when convincing a character who is unfriendly to Sullen Frog.

Hold the Line!

Flanker gains a +4 bonus to attack rolls when fighting a holding action; this bonus increases to +8 when another allied [Commissar] unit is on the field and participating in that same holding action.

Special Rule:

Mythic

Sullen Frog causes [Awe] in friendly units and [Fear] in enemy ones.

Special Rule: Mechanic

Any vehicle (especially planes) piloted by Flanker 66 gain 3 points in speed, agility, and acceleration.
