Unlike his One Winged Angel Form in the Neutral Ending, he's always like this. Able to tunnel, able to be anywhere, and incredibly Genre Savvy.
He's also able to know everything you do, in every play through.
So if you manage to terrify him? You deserve the bad time coming your way.
