Oooh boy. HELL: A Cyberpunk Thriller is gonna be a fun one. Saw some videos of that game before the panel, and... yeah, it's pretty much prime material.

Slowbeef reached a Patreon goal and is Nuzlocking Pokemon Fire Red. Pretty great since it's basically his first time really playing a Pokemon game to begin with

Afterfall unceremoniously ends.

What began as shitty Dead Space ended as shitty Fight Club. Hooray?

Is it bad that I managed to guess the big twist in the first episode?

That has got to be the worst ending I have seen for a long time. What happened to the Colonel? Did Karolina exist? What the hell was with the cannibal city? What was the point of the sexist Fist guards? Were the shelter mutants real? Were the surface mutants real? Was Albert beating himself up during the final battle?

Mindscrews can work, but they require a decent writer. In Afterfall, the mindscrew was just to disguise the half-assed plot.

There is a reason people shouldn't try to rewrite Fight Club—it's because if you don't have the skills to do so, you're going to crash and burn with that concept.

Insert witty 'n clever quip here.

And the sequel. Man, I never thought I'd be nostalgic for the Ex Mortis series...

The end of Sonic's story.

Also, Beef and Betus get their second exposure to Sonic bands.

I'll have to find that article about the game that Mike mentioned. Sonic 06 really does become more tragic the more you read of it.

Thanks Rose,.

To make matters worse we get a shot of Elise lying on that meadow with her arms stretches out to the sides and her legs together in THAT post. I'm sorry I have to steal a bit from Film Brain here

SYMBOLISM!!!!!!!OMGWTFBBQJEBUS

And then Sonic's ending credits theme is the original Sonic 2 ending theme with lyrics before it became the Sonic 2 ending theme if I understand this right.

Question: Silver comes from the future. How far in the future? A generation or two? A hundred years? A thousand?

Pretend its like Terminator 1 where its only like 45 or so. Iblis works fast.

Silver is pretty much Dumb Kyle Reese anyway

I believe the official figure is 200, although I forget where it's stated.

Also, they didn't notice, but that credits song is a remix of a Dreams Come True song, "Dreams Dreams Dreams", that was the basis of the Options/Ending theme for Sonic the Hedgehog 2. So, Diabetus asking how we went from Green Hill Zone to this was mildly amusing - it's the same composer, as a matter of fact, it's just this is a shitty remix of his work.

By pop music sensation Akon. Surely this will never date this game.

[up][up] I mean, to be fair, Sega actually got Dreams Come True back to sing the song, as well.

...with AKON yelling "UNH! REMIX!" attached, I guess.
