Well, using All Fiction in a form other than April Fiction (which is much more limited) guarantees a loss for him (at least, something He'd consider a loss). But if he can hit her with a bookmaker, she'd be rendered useless. He can give himself infinite speed, but if all she requires is thought, that should cancel out that advantage.

Kumagawa always loses. I don't see why this is hard to understand.

Not since he got April Fiction! He actually won once after getting it! Also, he can still beat someone without "winning".

The topic is "who would win?", not "who would beat who?" Kumagawa loses even with April Fiction (his only win was betting on the always-win Medaka).

Thing is if you notice Kumagawa is brilliant as using a Xanatos Gambit because he's aware that he'll always loose. So even if he doesn't always get the result he wanted he till gets a result.

Both are deuteragonists (although the former is only this in the Fairy Dance Arc), brunette, are busty, skilled martial artists, and being related to the main character non-biologically.

He effortlessly can move from one side of his planet to another in an instant using pure speed (he and sasuke went from lightning country, Where the finale of the war took place, to the valley of the end using pure speed).

Well, that's more of a small marathon which shows us that Naruto is still not tired.

I mean more like how Naruto can outpace/dodge lightning speeds while Luffy is able to dodge laser beams. Ichigo is capable if running fast enough to leave clear after-images but going at this speed damages Ichigo's body unlike Naruto and Luffy.

I would have to go with Jotaro. Time Stop is a bit of a bitch to counter, and I don't believe that there is a mythological character that could stop time. And Star Platinum hits really hard. Gilgamesh would probably have one hell of a bloody face.
