Firstly, it's worth considering that there is no sentence "left out." We could conceivably expect that there would be a period after the second three due to patterns, etc., but it was obviously the artist's intention to create the sentences in exactly this way.

Secondly, if we convert the sentence into decimal, it is rendered as 3.33. This raises the fact that there are three whole numbers, but also another third, but also makes us consider: What is a third?

Simply put, it's something without two thirds! As the text progresses from one three to two threes (or one third to two thirds) we must divide 3 into two thirds.

3/(2/3)=4.5
