Beat ALBW. Didn't 100% it but I'm satisfied with what I played so I probably won't be doing that.
Pretty fun game overall, although my criticisms from before still stand it was still at least a new take on the formula that I wouldn't mind being iterated on in the future.
ayo I just bought the Zelda: Arts and Artifacts book yesterday but apparently there's supposed to be another 30th Anniversary book coming out later this year???

Enjoyment and Excitement! They mentioned a few books out this year.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureApparently this Hyrule Encyclopedia will be the second release of a three-book collection for Zelda's 30th anniversary (Arts&Artifacts/Hyrule Graphics being the first).
Enjoyment and Excitement!I'm having lots of trouble in Treacherous Tower. Even with the Blue Mail, those goddamned Lynels inflict six hearts of damagewith their fire breath. The ones in Floor 49 killed me abruptly. So close!! >_<
135 - 169 - 273 - 191 - 188 - 230 - 300Try getting the Red Tunic, then try the Treacherous Tower again :o

Review embargo for BOTW will be lifted March 2nd. One day before the game's release.
This isn't good.....
135 - 169 - 273 - 191 - 188 - 230 - 300The way I see it, video game reviews don't matter at all. Nearly every major reviewer (and probably most minor ones) only give you a rather surface look at games and there's a strong tendency for bias.
Besides, it's going to get high review scores because it's a major, first party Nintendo game. Those getting low scores basically never happens.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! Most Nintendo review embargoes are lifted one or two days before release. It's nothing new.
Review embargoes for big open world games should be standard anyway. Let the reviewers actually play the game for more than six hours before having to get an article out before everyone else.
Oh really when?Wait a minute. Reviewers have copies of the game well before the embargo lifts, right? This should be a standard practice for the industry. Like said, this means reviewers can actually play a good chunk- if not all- of a game before giving their review since they don't have to worry about competition putting out a review before them.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!It IS standard practice. Most publishers set release day or a week before release as the date. Horizon: Zero Dawn got its reviews this Tuesday and its release is set for a week after.
Incidentally, Breath of the Wild has leaked.

Link can now ssssscrub all the floors in Hyrule!
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! As usual, I'm late to the party, but the Shell Blades in Twilight Princess can also be killed by stabs. It's just that the spin attack OHKs them. Basically, the pink muscle in their "mouths" is their weak spot.
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?No! Not into the pit, it burns!◊
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! So how were the giants supposed to stop the moon from killing everyone in termina? they couldn't possibly hold it up forever
They slowed it to a stop. It's not ideal but at that point they probably could have set it down on Clock Town without destroying the rest of the land.
Given how slowly the moon was falling, it's pretty hard to take it seriously as a realistic threat. I think the moon should have been much higher in the sky (as in, still in space), gradually get slightly bigger, and then drop suddenly and at high speed when the clock strikes midnight on the third day.
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?That sounds a lot less dramatic than what Nintendo went with.
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.Yeah, when it comes to fiction, drama supersedes physics instances like these and, in fact, most instances.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! The moon is also under the effects of twisted magic. That makes the physics discussion somewhat irrelevant.
I sure said that! They'd make like in Melee and lob it back into the sky

Can someone explain to me in the most specific terms why TP is considered an OoT retread? Sure, TP is the start of the Zelda series 7-year downward spiral, but I don't think its primary flaws had anything to do with it being "stale."
If the reasons are as shallow as "you're on the ground and have a horse," you might as well call Xenoblade X a Xenoblade retread.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.
I wouldn't say so. Navi tell you when you first walk over it to look down through it. Do so and you see there's another floor under it. If you try jumping on the web from the second floor it moves, but doesn't break. When you're on the top floor, you'll likely kill the Skulltulas there just cause they're almost in the way, and that will likely put you close to the edge. When you get close to the edge, the camera pans to show you the web at the bottom floor. It shouldn't take too much to then imagine that jumping from this great height might break the web and get you into the basement (which you'd need to go to since there's nothing more on the top floor).
