Current Project: Incorruptible Pure Pureness
to OP
I know more about obscure 1990s Middle Grade Literature novels than most people.Weak for OP. Not really feeling it for the image but it's still better than vague dialogue.
I'm just a psycho, babe! Come and go out my mind. I didn't lose it, babe! There wasn't much to find.OP
"As long as I have my comrades with me, I can do anything!" (She/Her)OP > current.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.OP's in and tagged, caption? (Maybe move the page quote so it's not a "Trope Namer provides both image and quote" sitch?)
Old pic:
Turning the page quote ("Once, all the mice agreed that life would be better if the cat wore a bell to warn of his coming — until a wise old mouse asked, 'Who will bell the cat?'") into a caption is a good idea.
Possible replacement quote:
- King Arthur: Noble knights of the Round Table, ever since the accursed Black Knight captured our Singing Sword, evil times have befallen us. One of ye knights must recover the Singing Sword...
Sir Osis of Liver: The Black Knight has a fire-breathing dragon!
Sir Loin of Beef: But-but-but... but the Black Knight is invincib-b-ble!
King Arthur: Odds bodkins! Hath the knights of the Round Table turned chicken?

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadI'm just a psycho, babe! Come and go out my mind. I didn't lose it, babe! There wasn't much to find.
Thirding.
The caption's added and tagged, and the new quote is in as well. Locking up.
So as discussed here this is a bit vague on how well it illustrates.
Here is a suggestion. It is based on the trope naming fable admittedly but I think it works:
It's from this illustrated collection of Aesop's Fables.
So I can't think of anything right now... meh.
