Foreign Voice Actor List Cleanup

Per discussion, new policy on listing voice actors on Character Sheets is to list the VA(s) in the original language(s) of the work and the VA(s) in the language the wiki article is in. The remaining VA credits should be hidden in a note tag.

For example, on Chainsaw Man - Denji, the header is currently

Voiced by: Kikunosuke Toya (Japanese), Ryan Colt Levy (English), Emilio Treviño (Latin American Spanish)
Child Denji voiced by: Marina Inoue (Japanese), Ciarán Strange (English)

Under the new rule, it might be changed to

Voiced by: Kikunosuke Toya (Japanese), Ryan Colt Levy (English)^{additional VAs} Emilio Treviño (Latin American Spanish)
Child Denji voiced by: Marina Inoue (Japanese), Ciarán Strange (English)

I'm going to link the Excessive Foreign Voice Actors Sandbox we had in the discussion thread, since the pages there would be a good start for cleaning up and if someone happens across another page but doesn't have time to implement changes, they could list it there.

If anyone is willing to tackle the Big 3 shounen anime and its many many characters + sheets, have fun . The anime in question:

• Characters.Bleach (on my to-do list if no one else gets to it)
• Characters.Naruto and its spinoff series Characters.Boruto
• Characters.One Piece (the Straw Hat Pirates pages already follow the format, but the others do not)

I've noticed that some character pages had voice actors both in English and in Japanese, even though the work was originally made in English, putting the others in "additional V As". Do you think people might've gotten confused about the rule used for Animes? As far as I know, Anime pages now put more proeminence in both the Japanese, because that's the original tongue, and in English, because that's the tongue most character pages are written in, but I don't see why listing Japanese voice actors differently from other languages when the work is not originally in Japanese.

How should we handle the case of where there's more than one voice actor for the role in question in an appropriate language? There're cases of The Other Darrin (for any language), Separated by a Common Language (French works are sometimes dubbed into Quebecois French), or just having multiple English-language licensees for a non-English work (for one thing, in anime we have Animax Asia's dubs vs the US-based non-Asia licensee).

I've just listed SpongeBob character pages in the sandbox for anyone interested and have the time to clean them up.

"Your father was an average fighter, Kal-El, but he was a brilliant scientist!"

Quickly fixed The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Disney).

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power updated.

For what it's worth, I've added the Foreign VAs label note for the Japanese actors in the Characters.RWBY pages.

A labelnote per language sounds good to me.

I've updated the character sheets for Toy Story, including the one for Lightyear.

Cleaned up the Cookie Run and Cookie Run: Kingdom pages. If there's any I missed, please fix those.

I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.

Star Wars – Emperor Palpatine and a few other Star Wars pages have a lot of a complex formating already with sometimes dozens of performers for the English versions on top of the dub performers people feel compelled to add so I'm not sure how to deal with it formating-wise.
