The second one is higher quality (and made by me, for the record) but I'm not sure about it being a card.

I don't know, I don't think that meme on itself is noteworthy. Wouldn't doge be more abrangent on itself?

"Noteworthy" means little here. "Illustrative" is enough.

Can we have the high quality version just like the first image without the card format?

Got to agree with Selkies here.

There's this which is the image I used but it lacks the part about going to horny jail.

It has a Watermark but it's from a free to use website specifically for making bonk gifs so it's probably free to use and take the water mark off. I couldn't tell you how to get in contact with the site's creator.

The banner at the top of the website lists a bunch of the site's social media accounts. Perhaps it might be worth messaging one of them?

Do we even have to? I doubt the page's creator can claim ownership over a random meme image, which I can only assume pre-dates them. If they did create it, that's different I guess.

Probably. I don't have Social Media, though, so it'd have to be someone else.
