The pic on Start My Own is very wordy, and isn't the best quality. It also doesn't illustrate the trope well—it shows someone starting to write ideas for making their own band, but doesn't really show the finished product—I feel that it isn't really illustrative, in that sense.
Don't know of a replacement currently, but I don't think the current image should stay.
