I don't even know of many works that are set in Whitehall, so I don't see why it should be a trope. Same for the White House, although that page actually has examples.

Also, regarding the opening post's addendum (which I don't think was there when I originally posted), I don't think The White House is a trope either and should be moved to Useful Notes (especially since its residents are already located there), but that's outside this thread's scope. Maybe it could be added to Tropes Needing TRS.

Well, it's been a week of agreement, and almost everyone agrees on moving it to Useful Notes.
Let's hope The White House should be moved to Useful Notes as well.

We have 7 votes for moving The White House to UN as well, and none arguing against.
The White House, as written, reads like a trope — very little real life stuff there, it's mostly about its media appearances.
"It's just a show; I should really just relax"
I think we have consensus to action Whitehall.
I've done the namespace move. It seems like The White House was never tagged so it can't be processed here, and the argument in ^ against a move is convincing.
I've punted it to Tropes Needing TRS for now, but this thread can be closed.

Whitehall is about a borough of London, where the administrative affairs of The UK are at. Yet it's put on the Main namespace while One London, 33 Boroughs is on the Useful Notes namespace. Whitehall has been there in the Main namespace since 2007. There are no media examples in the page, yet is linked to 40 pages and has about 249 inbound links as of this writing.
Plus the description sounds like something of a Useful Note.
Shouldn't that be considered as UsefulNotes.Whitehall?
