Yeah, definitely doesn't look tropeworthy. The wick check helps. Opened.
Either JFF or cut will be my vote.

I vote cut, I can't see any reason for it to be JFF. It's not...well...fun.

Cut. I'm with WarJay in thinking the page isn't really that fun as-is.
Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.

Cut as it is. I think the concept of this page could be tweaked into a Just for Fun page, but TLP would be a better place for that.

Cut has the only positive score at 13-3, JFF is 5-7, YMMV is 0-14.

Calling in favor of cut. Time to start pruning.

Viewer Stock Phrases is not a trope. It's a list of "stock phrases" possibly uttered by the audience viewing a work.
The page was created Aug. 11th, 2007 (long before No New Stock Phrases was put into place), its last non-cleanup edit was in October 2015, it has 18 wicks, and it has brought 208 people via non-search engine links. If it were proposed in the TLP today, it would not make it out.

Star Trek: The Original Series: audience reaction
Sticky Dilly Buns: potholed in another entry, misuse because the speaker is not viewing anything
The Chipmunk Adventure: in another entry, points out that Look Behind You is such a phrase
24: entry
Assuming this is a trope, there are no correct uses.
Possible actions:
Since this is explicitly about audience reactions, it might be made YMMV. However, even as YMMV, the page serves no purpose to the wiki. We don't do stock phrases because saying "this gets said a lot" does not describe any narrative conventions, and neither does quoting viewers and leaving it at that. Even as YMMV, existing entries do not actually describe Viewer Stock Phrases because the phrases stated in the wicks (marked "audience reaction") are unique to that work. There are other YMMV entries those phrases can go. It's misuse of "Stock Phrase" as well because real life cannot have stock phrases (in the same way it cannot have Flanderization, Wham Line, Episodes, etc.)
If it comes down to a vote, I vote for cut.
