I'm highly inclined to disbelieve Darth Vader and Deadpool both being present considering it means dealing with Disney.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Warner Bros. would've had to pay huge amounts money just to get Disney (and Marvel; outside of Marvel Studios they're technically a self-operating company owned by Disney) to let them use the characters.
Then again, WB manged to have Han Solo, C-3PO and Lando Calrissian in The LEGO Movie, so maybe it can be done?

"The devil's got all the good gear. What's God got? The Inspiral Carpets and nuns. Fuck that." - Liam GallagherI mean, it worked for The LEGO Movie, so I can’t imagine it’s that out of the question.

I will only watch it if the Warhammer 40K funko pops are in it.
Most Funko Pops fall squarely in the Uncanny Valley for me so hoping the studio/writers can pull off something interesting with this to get past that aspect
Goku and Luffy Funko Pop cameo or GTFO.
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.Hmm, I would bitch that this will be The Emoji Movie 2.0; but then I remember Warner Bros Animation is doing this and have a great track record with blatant product placement movies (ie LEG Os . . . well except for the Ninjago one, that one kind of sucks).
Though I would say I probably won’t be interested in seeing this. Never really got into Funko Pops.
I.. Don't know how feel I about this, I actually like funko pops and warner bros made the lego movie so it could be good, but it seems like Hollywood will make a movie about anything just to make money.
My Anime crush is LegosiI'm hoping that the licensed characters are just secondary and that it'll focus on Funko's original characters like Freddy and the Spastik Plastik guys.
"Don't cry because it's over, cry because it happened."While I personally find Funko Pops quite cute when static, the idea of them being animated strikes me as a little uncanny, unless it's something like this.
I sincerely hope this is just a rumor. I personally thought all of Warner Bros.' recent animated movies— the LEGO series, Storks, and Smallfoot— were at least above average in terms of story and quality. But a Funko Pop! movie? I've got nothing. There's no real way this won't be a stinker.
At least the idea may have been thrown around at some point. But who knows if anything will actually come of it.
I mean I don't really care for Funko Pops, but there can be some potential. There are a lot of Funko Pops based on anime characters, so it would be cool to see them interact with each other or with just Batman because Batman owns Warner Bros. now .
I hope Big Boy is a major character in the movie as a callback to the company's beginnings. Also, I'm predicting now that Freddy Funko will be the protagonist.
Do you guys think some of Funko's other product lines besides Pops will appear?
"Don't cry because it's over, cry because it happened."My question is, who is this being marketed towards? Normally "toy" movies are aimed at kids but Pops are typically aimed at adult collectors and don't really have many "playability" features (though I'm guilty of playing with mine) so...who is this for?
I think this should have been made back when Funko Pops were more popular. Oh well, hopefully it's more like The Lego Movie than The Emoji Movie. ...Oh and please call it something other than "The Funko Pop Movie".
Jason has come back to kill for Mommy.why
It's one thing to make a spectacle. It's another to make a difference.
It's mostly hearsay at the moment, but Warner Bros. has reportedly given the greenlight for Warner Animation Group to produce a Funko Pop! movie.
Among the characters from various properties being considered for inclusion: Darth Vader, Hello Kitty, Hellboy, Harley Quinn, Care Bears, Wonder Woman, My Little Pony and Deadpool.
With Deadpool, Harley Quinn and Wonder Woman in the same movie we're potentially looking at the first-ever crossover between Marvel/DC characters in film.
