Yeah, that's too dark to be able to really see what's there. The Nina-chimera would be the most obvious choice from a meta perspective but would probably be downvoted for not being scary enough out of context...not sure about other ideas ATM.

That's plenty of consensus. 4.1's up and tagged...the old caption could work but with the hidden note it feels really clunky.

Honestly, it's too dark to even tell exactly what's going on in there. It looks better in a larger image, but with a small image (especially against a light background), it kinda gets drowned out. Unless the effect you're going for is Nothing Is Scarier (which I highly doubt), it might be better to consider getting a more visible image for the page.
