I think this is such a good thing for the series going forwards. One of the main complaints is that there are too many characters and plotlines for any to get sufficient attention. As long as these shorts don't become a crutch (like giving Millie a bunch of shorts but having her barely in the show proper), they could go a great way to developing characters and plotlines.

Anyone else think this thread and the HH thread outta be merged together? Kinda redundant to have them seperate, isn't it?
- Blitzo and Stolas having a falling out over Stolas ending the deal between them, prompting Blitzo to take the Asmodeus Crystal while Stolas goes touring with Verosika and Tex to deal with the heartbreak. Also looks to be another confrontation between Blitzo and Verosika.
- I.M.P. forced on the run following someone attempting to apprehend them. I believe they work for Satan, and this is gonna be the same plotline as the next bullet.
- Stolas being forced to answer to the rest of the Goetia and Satan for his deal with Blitzo, likely due to Stella and Adrealphus making their move. Looks like Mammon is in attendance too, making me wonder if all the available Sins are gonna be in attendance. Vassago meanwhile seems to be at the least willing to hear Stolas out, since he wants Stolas present rather than just listening to Andrealphus, fitting with Vassago being described as "of good nature".
- Those C.H.E.R.U.B. assholes teaming up with D.H.O.R.K. and looks like invading Hell to get their revenge on I.M.P.
- Blitzo and Millie being in a "The Shining" homage as Blitzo is forced to confront his demons. And Blitzo is forced to watch some of his harshest memories, including:
- The maimed Fizz reaching out to him a la "Oops".
- Blitz trying to visit Fizz in the hospital, with the one who kept them apart revealed to be his asshole father Cash.
- Fizz and Verosika confronting him the night at "OZZIE's", the first person perspective now making Verosika's once sneer look a lot more like genuine hurt.
- Octavia lashing out at Stolas and claiming he never loved her or Stella, just loves Blitzo. Wonder if this is some Leaning on the Fourth Wall type shit over some of the complaints people had regarding Stolas's relationship with Octavia compared to his issues with Blitzo.
Ugh, why is the wait between Apology Tour and Ghostfuckers going to be so looooong? And don't say 'It's because of the Spooky Month'.

Bringing up two relevant posts of mine in response to merging the threads.
Basic gist:
- This thread originally started out for the Hazbin Hotel pilot
- Slowly morphed to talking about other Spindlehorse stuff like Helluva Boss
- The Hazbin Hotel series proper got announced and since it's no longer just a web series, people suggested it should be placed in the proper forum section
- Due to multiple past posts talking about the HH pilot and Helluva Boss, there might be issues
- A compromise was reached wherein this thread would be about the HH pilot and Helluva Boss while the other would be about the Hazbin Hotel series proper
A bit jumpy around I guess for some but from a quick search, it's not without precedent. One Piece, Netflix's One Piece, One Piece - Manga Spoiler Thread (Untagged Spoilers) for example are all about One Piece yet have been split into multiple threads for obvious reasons. Deadpool and Marvel Cinematic Universe as another example from a quick glance were clearly made before Deadpool 3 yet remain separate for obvious reasons.
Going from the look of things, the shared Hellaverse of Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss have definitely blown to the point that a single thread talking about it all is kind of no longer viable.
That being said, if this is that of an issue, this thread might need a pinned comment or something outlining what this thread is about and such for ease since as far as I can tell, this has been a recurring topic despite the thread title.
Back on topic
I hope with this trailer, it will finally put to rest some criticisms or at least alleviate them.
Some criticisms I can think of like:
- Blitzo and Stolas reconciled their issues offscreen via text
- Previous episodes were a waste of time
- There's no body diversity among the characters (me points to apparent Satan)
- I bring this up because there's always still people complaining about the same thing despite characters like Ozzie and Mammon existing.
- CHERUB and DHORKS were forgotten

The biggest question I have is due to Animation Lead Time, how much of this half of the season is going to be deliberate Authors Saving Throws? Or are the "Just have some fucking patience, guys, eventually stuff will happen" guys (i.e. me) going to finally be vindicated because these episodes conclusively show they had all this planned out from the beginning?

I'm hoping that the later episodes make Stella be remotely interesting to watch.
I'm still shocked they managed to get John Waters. Though considering they already had Norman Reedus and Kesha, maybe I shouldn't be.
IIRC, Brandon Rogers actually took influence from Waters' comedy style, so it must be a big fanboy moment for him.
I'd love to be a fly on the wall to hear Rogers' fanboying.
On another note, I have to wonder if this is Satan:
Possibly. We can see a swole arm, and if the circus motif is any indication Satan is probably going to be the strongman of the Sins
So I guess this shows that ghosts exists in the Hellaverse. Kind of a lore drop considering the afterlife is the main setting of both series
