2.1 seems alright.
Only the second Rarity picture shows something resembling the actual clothing designing process as opposed to simply making them (as in the first Rarity picture) and whatever is going on in the first pic.

I'm partial towards the second Rarity pic; to me it clearly looks as though she designs outfits regularly.

That's pretty good, too.
I'd prefer something stronger on the 'designing' aspect (vs. tailoring by itself), but 7 works well enough.

No consensus on a caption; locking up.
Current is just box art of a game that doesn't have a page.
There are better examples that can replace it. Rarity is the first one to come to my mind.
