Can we have the professor played by Benedict Cumberbatch in the live action movie?
Meanwhile, I am hoping the author keeps the main duo strictly platonic.
Well so far the most likely ship for Noah is a Cargo Ship.
A story about archeology so out there it makes Indiana Jones cry.
A very interesting premise tho. History literally repeating itself and the ticking clock of the apocalypse. It even looks like they might have failed, but I've read a theory that it might be a Mirai of the previous loop that we see narrating the story.
BTW, naming the main character Mirai is kinda brilliant. :D
New chapter and our antagonist appears
Please don't get axed.
Read chapter 1, in detail this time.
So we have a crazy archaeoligist who teaches history at gunpoint and talks to relics as to lovers, and a rather carefree high school gal with an anti-pantyshot skirt (who's probably a ghost or a zombie by now because there's no way she survived that fall without a scratch).
Alright series, you got my attention. The premise is a bit Drstoney, except without the sappy romance. So far. I just hope Mirai's character arc isn't just gonna be "being bounced around from one adventure to another."
Yeah, I discovered this a few days ago, and mentioned it in the Chatterbox thread.
As I said there, this series seems to be trying to do for History what Manga/Dr.Stone does for Science in general.
Hope it stays enjoyable, and I'm curious about the big mystery.
One Strip! One Strip! It does seem that way. And who wouldn't like a history teacher that threatens you with a gun and pushes you down a pit? That's in line with a scientist who passes super-corrosive acid as a love potion.
Chapter 3… Really, Mirai? You didn't even know that Rome was in Italy? >.> Or maybe that's just a mistranslation… I do like that she's a girl that likes to eat though.
Aaaand superpowers now. That escalated quickly.
Just caught chapter 5.
It might just be me, but I suspect Knight Templar dude is a woman. The fact that his hand is burned, along with the mention of the Spear not being usable by women gave me that impression.
Whatever the case, Noah seems to have figured something out, so lets see how it goes.
One Strip! One Strip!…Thinking of it, has there ever been an Idiot Hero that was a girl in a shonen manga before? >.> Though I guess Mirai's more a Supporting Protagonist than a hero…
Yeah, I think that KT is a woman too… But man it's weird to have an antagonist so determined yet so deadpan… I'm pretty sure they're gonna join the heroes before long though.
He is oddly subdued considering his clear-cut Determinator traits. I rather like how his simple brute force methods keep screwing up all of Noah's more complicated plans.
One Strip! One Strip!Same… I can find the raws, but I don't like being too many chapters ahead of everyone. =.=
Wow. Once again I ask, what's going on with chapters. I still can't find anything for chapter 6, and by now 7 should be out.
One Strip! One Strip! The raws are at chapter 10. Can't blame the scanlators though. I know from experience how much of a pain scanlating a weekly series can be − especially one with a lot of dialogue like NN.
Wow. So we're way behind.
At least I know it's out there somewhere.
This is gonna be brutal though. Sounds like the series lacks a dedicated scanslation team...
At least we're still getting Black Clover. -_-;
One Strip! One Strip! With Food Wars ending soon, Noah's Notes will probably get picked up in English.
We don't actually have any proof that Food Wars is ending.
We'll see about if this gets picked up or not though.
One Strip! One Strip!Yeah, especially when Gintama has been "ending soon" for like a year now.
It's been getting terrible poll results, so I doubt it has much left.
You mean Gintama or NN?

Food Wars
Alright. Chapter 6 is finally Scanslated.
So the super weapon was just an extremely advanced lighter. I wasn't expecting that.
One Strip! One Strip! So… "Girls" can't use it because it has a "child lock"? Sexist jerks.
Chapter 7 finally scanslated.
When I first saw Lu, I spent a good amount of time wondering if he was male or female.
I admit I leaned towards Male (and a recent raw chapter confirmed it) mainly because I figured Shonen was more likely to go with a man than a woman anyway.
One Strip! One Strip!
Not sure if this is too early, but it seems to have potential.
The story kicks off in 2018 when Mirai Kotobuki, a high school student with no interest in the past and no aspirations for the future other than getting married, discovers a fossil then proceeds to post a picture of it on the Internet. The following day archeologist Professor Noah Minami Umberbach crashes into the classroom bringing with him a 300 million yen reward and an offer of a special history lesson in which Mirai learns a startling truth of their world.
