Missing trope that couples Cat Scare and Jump Scare?

The third paragraph on Cat Scare alludes to a very popular trope combination that seems to be missing its own page. Basically a Cat Scare followed by a Jump Scare as in this clip from a Black Mirror episode. Is there a reason why we never troped this separately? Is it because a good portion of Jump Scare examples would fall into this and then there would be too much of an overlap? I just feel sitting there in a paragraph is not doing this trope justice. Thoughts?

Either or both of those are probably flexible enough to catch such examples without the need for another trope. Probably Cat Scare. I would think a Cat Scare "but specifically when it's also a Jump Scare" is too much The Same But More Specific.

Though taking a look at the clip you gave, I'd say that's a subversion of a Jump Scare (you expect it, but it doesn't happen, then it's established that it won't happen, then it happens). I recently saw a short video with the same concept where the set-up takes three minutes, then for five seconds it looks like it won't happen, and then at the end of the video it happens.

Perhaps this scenario could get a soft split in the example list on Cat Scare as Variant 2.

Does the nature of Cat Scare or Jump Scare change by using both at once?

^ No, it doesn't. But they have been used as a combo for so long that they created an expectation in the audience for the sequence to play out this way and not stop after the Cat Scare. Watch this sequence. You can't help but expect the Jump Scare to happen after the Cat Scare.

Like Take a Moment to Catch Your Death. That trope takes something like Just in Time and overplays the relaxation pause which in turn prompts the audience to expect something to go Not Quite Dead. It's also a trope combination with a unique timing factor that users have found to be trope-worthy.

I checked the history of Jump Scare. Did you know that Cat Scare has been listed as a subtrope since the 24th of September 2010?

To be honest, I was under the impression that you were talking about Scare Chord. By our website's definitions, you cannot have a Cat Scare without Playing With a Jump Scare.
