Mmmmm...I don't really think that's an improvement on what's there now, especially since I've never heard of the term being applied to a real person before.
It can be applied to real people but it’s really a reaction trope. Common elements that invoke a Moe response are in specific tropes and such like Dojikko Meido and Tsundere.
Anyway... that suggestion certainly isn’t this, like literally at all from any definition under the sun.

The current outright lampshades that the character is seen is adorable/huggable/they want to protect her/whatever, while the suggestion does not.
Yeah, gonna pass on the suggestion tbh; it's JAFAAC, while the current has an reaction in the image itself to further illustrate the trope beyond that.
