I assume you're either asking what a minimalistic plan is, or what I mean by Flame Bait.
A minimalistic plan should be a simple goal, that can be easily achieved. For instance, "I'm going to eat a bacon sandwich" tomorrow works, but "I'm going to go to college, so I can get a well paying job and earn lots of money" doesn't.
As for what we shouldn't talk about? No Hitler, Stalin, or other stuff forbidden by Forum Rules, please.

Sounds like what I did before I graduated from Oakton. Towards the end of my time there, I used to practice math every morning for a half hour before the semester began.
