Personality: Friendly, fun, but a bit of a Workaholic and a noted automobile enthusiast.
Background: Kayla was born to an American mother from Boise, Idaho and an English father from Egerton, Bolton, England. She was born in Sun Valley, Idaho, United States of America and moved to England, United Kingdom age five. She has been there ever since, but also has a property back in Boise.
She is very Girly Girl in behavior but also not someone who is swayed by emotion, and has a huge knowledge of, and interest in, automobiles. She drives a 2003 Volvo V70 2.5 T 20V SE Stationwagon, in a gold color.
Kayla works as a car saleswoman in South Turton, Bolton, Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom selling imported American sedans and other such vehicles.
Appearance: Kayla looks very similar to Karlie Kloss - No Celebrities Were Harmed. Stand?: Will your character actually have a Stand, or will they be a normal Stand-less human that excels in something else? Keep in mind that only Stand users can see Stands. Kayla has a stand comprised of multiple parts
Other: Kayla is not an Action Girl and dislikes fighting. She's also prone to sales pitches about used cars.

Stand ability: What is your Stand’s main gimmick? This Stand is noted for being practical; it has a backup supply for providing light. The stand does not fight, but it supplies items.
Stand stats': These will be filled out with the grades A, B, C, D, and E. A is incredible, E is lacking, and everything in between is self-explanatory. Try to keep A at a minimum use if you can. If I think a Stand is too overpowered, I will not allow it. If a Stand is an A in one category, consider giving another category a C or D to keep it balanced.
I'm uncertain, where would mine fit in, perhaps a B?
Power: How strong is your Stand from a physical standpoint? Uncertain. However, the owl part of the stand is an eagle owl, so probably very strong.
Speed: How fast is it? Will it attack and move slowly, or as incredibly fast with short recovery time on its attacks? Unknown
Range: How far away can it get from the user before disappearing? Uncertain, but perhaps within a 5-mile radius.
Durability: How many hits can it take for its user? The stand is more of a practical thing than a fighting tool, due to the owl's ability.
Precision: Is it rather sloppy with its aim, or is it precise enough to catch bullets out of the air? Since it's an LED lamp, well, a large wattage of brightness, and for an owl, very intelligent and The Owl-Knowing One.
Potential: How well does your Stand adapt to new situations? Does it change over time? Not very adaptable - for the streetlight part because it's an inanimate object that does not think, it's just a tool. But for the owl, it can adapt well. Status Quo Is God is not part of the owl's personality.

Updated, not sure about the stand's stats due to being new to Jo Jo's Bizarre Adventure.
The town of Geeseton is a small, charming place. Right on the west coast of Canada, it seems completely idyllic, attracting people who like the nearby woods, and who wish to do everything from hunting, fishing, and camping. However, Geeseton isn’t as peaceful as it looks. Stand users of all sorts, from the heroic to the villainous, call it home. Rumors have spread that there is a stand arrow here. A Speedwagon foundation agent has been sent to the town, just to make sure. And since Stand users attract each other….
This roleplaying game is based on Jojos Bizarre Adventure, a popular anime/manga series. However, you don’t really need to know about the manga to join the RP, since it’s an AU. Just need to know about the Stand rules, and we’ll be good. You can make a Jojo, but it's first come, first served.
