Does Not Illustrate: Kid Appeal Character

The current image is just a toy model and the caption reads, "Little. Yellow. 'Special'. Kids love him!"

However the robot by itself doesn't suggest much when it's solo, since that's already a marketing draw for kids, and doesn't make much sense unless you know he's a "kid" among a race of robots. Likewise, the caption reads more like an Informed Attribute, especially the last two parts.

It would probably require a higher quality image, but I would suggest a team shot with a kid and Comically Missing the Point caption.

I can see the argument...no ideas on a replacement ATM.

I think a lot western cartoons will fit the bill such as Thundercats, (Netflix) Voltron,, even a shot of the Transformers, so long as it's not Bumblebee by himself.

Alternatively, there could be a shot of the protagonists from The Temple Of Doom with the trope being implied for Short Round but with a joking caption misleading to Willie

Let's not use a Token Kid though imo.

I like 8. Going with the Big Hero 6 suggestion, maybe something like this◊, where Hiro is closest to Baymax and everyone else looks older than him?

The problem with Big Hero Six is that no one knows who's the Kid-Appeal Character. Is it Hiro? Or is it Baymex? And the rest of the cast don't look too old for them to stand out. You need someone a lot older and grittier to showcase the contrast and...

Incidentally, the last picture is used by TF Wiki Dot Net as the page image for Kid-Appeal Character.

On Bumblebee and Sari, who are we classifying as the Kid-Appeal Character? Bumblebee for being the "kid" among the Autobots, especially in personality, or Sari for being an actual kid? If anything, their dynamic together is supposed to be a Kid-Appeal relationship.

On that note, Robin or other sidekicks have very good contrast with their older/grittier counterparts. Perhaps something from the current "Super Sons" series?

Since there's too much image suggestions, I'd suggest shutting off the clock and instead hooking a crowner.
