Yep, that needs to go.
Send it packing.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportNot a fan of the strict subpage rule. It just doesn't make much sense.
It came to be after a few fights about which pic gets to be on the main page and represent the entire trope, rather than just the medium. For some reason, that was a worse problem than deciding on a pic for single-page tropes.
Check out my fanfiction! And that's what I don't get. Why would a subpaged trope create more fighting about the best image? We have crowners for that. Period. I don't mind additional images on the subpages but that can be handled peacefully in a separate discussion.
Fighting was not the reason. The concern is that using a medium-specific image on a non-medium specific page can create the impression that the page is medium specific.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThat actually makes less sense. Although I suppose this is not the topic for that.
Check out my fanfiction! That's a good one.

(Annoyed grunt)Cropping again, to get rid of the line in the bottom-left corner I can't believe I missed.

Calvin is pretty good.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!""Someone with the same shirt, pants, shoes, and height as yourself, apparently."
Is that a line from the comic? It works, anyway.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"No, it's not a line from the comic. Maybe we should omit the quotation marks? (I forgot those were typically used to omit it was a line from the work in question...)
Quick question, while this thread's still going... does using a "disguise" specifically for impersonation of someone else qualify for this trope and/or Clark Kenting if it's "paper-thin" enough, or no?
Probably best to take it to ATT. Locking this as we don't have any consensus on a caption.
Someone added the following pic◊ to the main page for Paper-Thin Disguise when we agreed to move any new pics to the subpages. Ok, the commented-out tag didn't explicitly state not to add any new ones on the main page, but it's still something that should have been discussed first.
Opinions? The current pic is from a live-action/CGI movie, but the Film subpage has an image already (and one that is funnier IMO).
