Doods... is it true... is the "Fox Ban" gonna be over?

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!Season 3 Mutants Doom pack confirmed.
Mileena MadnessIf I'm reading this right, basically, the Battle of the Stones tournament was turning out low audiences by the end (only cropping back up during the finals), and the numbers have made those at EVO wary of hosting MVCI as a part of their 2018 linie-up. EVO organizer Joey Cuellar posted a Twitter poll asking if Infinite was dead.
The article then goes on to say that it's hard to imagine an EVO without a Mahvel game, and that the unorthodox ruleset of the Battle of the Stones event may have contributed more to the low turnout than the game itself did. As it stands, there's only a month left to convince EVO organizers that the game is worth putting into their lineup.
In a similar vein to that article, I've been hearing more and more Infinite players talk about how much fuller the game feels with all the DLC characters released now, and it's been suggested (among the playerbase at least) that Capcom should actually re-release another version of Infinite with all the DLC characters already included. Whether or not that version would be cheaper than the standard edition is up in the air, but it seems a lot of people at the moment are waiting for game sales specifically because they also plan to get the DLC characters and are trying to minimize the costs.
I feel Capcom should probably release a all Capcom fighting game. I was thinking an all Marvel game would be better because how popular the brand is but Marvel was really terrible at promoting this game.
35 year old white man. That might not be the only factor to why attendance was low.
Mileena MadnessYeah this game is now the poster child for Overshadowed by Controversy and due to the fact sales didn't even reach the 2 million they were expecting at a conservative amount. They need to form a long term base to get money.
Honestly at this point, the only way for this to work is a rerelase with dlc in base roster as that might be an appropriate Author's Saving Throw
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."As for Marvel, they also have an all Marvel fighter, but it's a mobile game. Incidentally, the same game has animations ripped straight from Street Fighter in it (Miles Morales has Chun-Li's Super Move from SFV for instance). There's been rumors that maybe the reason Marvel never promoted Infinite as hard as they could was because they preferred to keep people glued to Contest, but I really doubt that. Personally, I just think that Marvel never cares to advertise for anything other than their toys and movies anyways; I've never seen them promote any of their video games, and I only see ads for the mobiles games when I'm watching Youtube on my phone or tablet.
Probably doesn't help that Co C bringing 25mil a day https://www.resetera.com/threads/marvel-contest-of-champions-mobile-fighting-game-tops-122-million-downloads.11009/#post-2092591
35 year old white man.No matter how many times they fucked up with MVC, I'm going to seriously doubt it has a worse rep then EA's Battlefront 2.
My disdain towards Marvel will continues to grow.
On that note, Asura might actually be disconfirm!
Oh now that I agree with as Battlefront 2's loot boxes have become the bane of the public.
Still MVCI is really controversial as well( if not as much) becuase of all the odd screwups that this had in production.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."
I seen a good chunk of people actually defending so there's that. Granted, this is still bar none the worse advertise Capcom I've seen in my life. Street Fighter X Tekken didn't even this bad of a rep until the DLC announcement.
Right now I'm beyond piss off & still trying to process the idea of Asura not being in the game.
Uh to be fair. You can't really get any worse than entire countries taking your company to court over the loot boxes.
That and a reply by EA on reddit about the loot boxes become the most down voted post on the sites history by nearly 20X the previous amount. Also keep in mind that the last most down voted post was somone who asked for down votes. So uh not good.

"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Welp, it's official, Disney owns Fox. Now all this Fox-ban feels stupid in retrospective, doesn't it?

Someone here a while back posted another article on the buy-out, specifically why it would be a bad thing for the movie industry. Whether or not this buy-out is a good or bad thing overall I think is up for debate, but as far as Infinite and other Marvel-licensed video games and products are concerned, the buy-out's gonna be beneficial simply because they're finally gonna have access to the X-Men and Fantastic Four again (at least in the sense that Disney will allow them to appear).
Funnily enough, the X-Men and Fantastic Four aren't the only things Disney will be getting out of this. Anyone up for Alien, Predator, John McClane, and Caesar as guest characters?
This is not the greatest signature in the world, no... this is just a tribute.Or Jake Sully?
I wonder if this also means that Disney owns the distribution rights for the original Star Wars film, effectively nullifying the previous deal they had with Fox.
Also, Disney producing R-rated movies seems....odd to me.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!I would totally go for a Alien/Predator vs Darth Vader
So, how long until the X-Men/F4 DLC packs get announced? It's only a matter of time now...
Disney is no stranger to R-rated movies, they just always distributed them under a different label like Touchstone Pictures because they wanted to keep up their family-friendly image. The Untitled Deadpool Sequel could technically be considered a Disney production now, but we're most likely still gonna see the 20th Century Fox logo in front when it hits theaters.

This is not the greatest signature in the world, no... this is just a tribute.I would only accept that pack if it's free or only has new characters (e. g: no characters featured in 3).
Honestly, I feel bad for Capcom. They had to deal with all the bad publicity because of the Fox-ban, only for Marvel in a few months say "LOL Disney bought Fox, you can now put X-men and F4 characters in it, and no, we won't help you in damage control, even if it was our fault in the first place that you coulnd't use them".

I kinda wonder if Capcom is even going to bother making more DLC if EVO doesn’t pick Infinite up. It’ll be the Mass Effecf Andromeda of fighting games, except worse graphics and story.
I have honestly not heard of a R-rated movie Disney produced under their alternate labels.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!...
...I'd like to begin a discussion on what the roster and plot of such a game would look like.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!You forgot to put Asura in the list.
Marvel can hire another VA if Gwen were to get in the game.
Also rumor is another free weekend is coming up for this game.
