Very much hyped into this, considering it came out just a year after Japan won the Women's World Cup and two years before they won the Under-17 Women's World Cup.
It seems to me like a weird combination of Eyeshield 21, The Prince of Tennis, and Koe de Oshigoto!. The hero team reminds me very much of the Deimon Devil Bats: quirky members, all-offense mentality, and struggles hard against defensive teams. The only things different other than the sport is that their Sena isn't the MC, the MC is actually more like Raimon than Sena, and their captain is not as insane as Hiruma.

I think I'm making a TV Tropes page on this thing. That will help spreading the word on Mai Ball like it did with many of the pages I have started.
Anyone can help or create the page before I can?
I honestly thought it was a thread about My Balls. >.>
But this actually sounds interesting. I can't really help with the page for now though, since I haven't read it yet.
Like it but isn't it against the rules to link to fan scans?
Oh, I picked it up some time ago. The mix of harem series and a sports one is pretty interesting, and I like the humor.

Recently got picked up by Based Anon Scans. Might be worthy of a tropes page?
