Not sure if this fight would work. Ace lost to Akainu, but that's because it was Lava (basically Ace's power with physical mass) against plain old fire. I know that Logia users can be hurt by physical attacks unless you either attack a weakness (Rubber vs Electricity, Water vs Sand, and Lava vs Fire) or use Haki.

We don't actually know if Ace can be hurt by someone else using fire (the only other guy who comes close is Marco, who has the Phoenix fruit, and as far as I know, the two never fought each other), so Natsu should be able to hurt Ace at all.

Alternatively, Natsu can eat fire. Even the one time he wasn't able to eat flames (against the Flame God Slayer Zancrow), he still figured out a way to do it (though it's comes off as an Ass Pull, but I realized how it does work. It's mostly just explained....well not at all).

By all rights, these two should be able to even hurt each other. Then again, we don't know if Natsu really can be overloaded with Flames. It's never happened before.

I am starting to feel like these people are biased in regards to One Piece.
