About Doctor Fate: anyone with a doctorate is a Doctor, regardless of what. In Fate's case, he was an archaeologist, so presumably he has a doctorate in archaeology. There's also plenty of cases in comics with characters who use unearned titles just because they sound cool- Captain, for example.
I think that's kind of debatable. DC used to kick ass in the animated series department and left Marvel in the dust. Marvel is rocking the cinematic universe and DC has been an utter mess.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!It's a mess critical wise, but in profits it is does really great. Considering how popular super heroes are with the general audience, it makes sense for networks to create some kind of show that rides off the coat tails of the movie just released. And while the DCEU is divisive, there is no denying that there is a huge audience interest in said series since Justice League is after all a bigger house hold name than the Avengers before the release of the film; and will most likely being a financial success once the movie is released (read financial success, chances for critical success is undetermined).
x2 Makes sense . . . which means Doctor Doom isn't a real doctor as he was expelled from college and never completed said education. Than again, he can give himself an official doctorate due to being the ruler of Latveria and the simple fact that he IS Doctor Doom.
Not to mention he is roughly an intellectual equal to Reed, which must be worth at least a dozen doctorates, at least.
If DC's movies keep being massively divisive, sooner or later people might start losing faith on them. They need something majorly considered awesome to go on.

Wake me up at your own risk. For their and our sake, Wonder Woman better not disappoint. She was the legitimately best part in Batman v. Superman, and the trailers for her new movie looks really good and renew people faith after enduring that film (I am one of them). If they fuck up Wonder Woman, than it is safe to say the whole Extended Universe is fucked.
So, another episode, "Plastic Man Saves the World" The League has to stop Brainiac from giving Metropolis the Kandor treatment and destroying the world. Since the League ended up busy dealing with Brainiac and his robots, the duty of taking down the ships falls on Plastic Man's hands. It was pretty fun, and Plas was wacky, but still proved himself to be an effective hero.
Wake me up at your own risk.Yeah that was good episode. Dana Snyder as Plastic Man actually grew on me in this episode, as beforehand I prefer Tom Kenny as the character. Speaking of voice actors, John de Lancie as Braniac? Man one of these days we are going to get an episode where Hades and Discord teams up out of their mutual hatred for Superman (and Green Lantern, and for some odd reason Riddler, Harley Quinn and Attrocitus even though the last three are also villains).
And again, Plastic Man should of have a new series.
Yeah. Plas was a little annoying and goofy, but he came through in the pinch.

One Strip! One Strip!Khaji dha is the name of the scarab imbedded in jaimies spine
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."It was also the magic word used by Dan Garrett, the original Blue Beetle, to transform. Which makes sense.
Just saw the "Shazam Slam" movie, my first proper exposure to the show (I had seen bits on Youtube.) As expected I don't really like anybody's new designs- Captain Marvel's face looks silly, Wonder woman is a punk, Martian Manhunter too skinny, etc. But the story was OK (some bits were even clever) and the action was of course great. So yeah I'll keep watching this show. Hey, it has the only version of John Constantine I've ever enjoyed- that counts for something!
I like the designs for the most part, except what's up with (nearly) everyone's eyes? It looks a little like they've given everyone creepy villain eyes.
I decided to bite the bullet and binge-watch the show through undisclosable methods.
I just finished the episode with Superman fighting Steppenwolf while Batman and Big Barda find Supes.
This. This is my kind of superhero show. Action + Humor - Angst = Awesome Superhero Show. I also find it amazing that they can squeeze a lot of story in just 11 minutes like it's no problem.
To anyone who already saw the episode I described earlier, did any anime/video game fans geek out when they found that Big Barda was voiced by Ragyo, Diana, Arfoire, and Valentine's VA Laura Post?
And did anyone geek out at the Musical and Visual Nods to Batman: The Animated Series in the time travel episode with Batman and Blue Beetle vs. Chronos?
I honestly think this show can save CN from bitting the dust, but it needs to air later and have more reruns!
"We be we baby!"Neither of those are happening.
Is CN in danger of biting the dust? Even though they seem to have a constitutional aversion to super-hero adventure shows (the airing of which seems to be like pulling teeth to them) they seem to be doing fine with the stuff they do show.
Saw the Space Cabbie and Firestorm episodes. Couldn't stop smiling all the way. So far, so good.
I think he's speaking in terms of variety of the channel's shows, as well as the quality of its newer ones.

"You can run, but you can't hide from the Buzzinator!"Just watched the episode with Sups fighting Steppenwolf and I fuckin loved it! Damn CN for not giving this show more attention!
"We be we baby!"Just saw the whole series (well up to ep. 21, I hear there are more coming?) I'm still not sold on the character designs (Wonder Woman looks like she hates combs for some reason) but the stories are not only more fun than anything DC has put out for years, they are clever too!
Favorite Episode so far: "Plastic Man saves the world".
Eh, it has'nt been as fun as the comics have been all year, but it's servicable enough
I haven't seen anything in "Rebirth" that pulls me back into DC Comics. If anything I'm still wary of their using Watchmen elements. But we'll see.

They somehow made Toyman, adorable.
Probably because they based him off of the second one, the Japanese one, rather than the gross creepy toyhead one.
My various fanfics.
We gotta teach kids better values and give them higher standards for entertainment.
TTG is basically a Family Guy for kids, and they used the Titans for brand recognition.
