I'm not so sold on making this a BUPKIS page, but I'm fine with it not having a pic if we don't come up with anything.
Looking over the examples, maybe Galuf fighting Exdeath with 0 HP? Or Old Snake pulling himself through the microwave corridor again with an empty health bar? Anything that makes it obvious the character's health has been depleted and he's still going.
Unfortunately, I don't think I have a save near either of those points to screencap this myself.

If we can't find a pic of the Old Snake suggestion, then I'm fine to leave this without a pic but not call it a BUPKIS page.
I'm working my way through FFV to get a picture of Galuf at 0 HP.
I'd argue that the fight itself isn't a spoiler. Mentioning he dies in the next scene as a consequence would be the spoiler.

The thing with Snake is that I don't know how much it actually illustrates for people not familiar with it. Could also be considered a spoiler, considering how late it is.
