Most Powerful Cartoon Characters?

This is an updated version of a previous thread I made. Who do you think are the most powerful characters in animated series? Not counting comic book characters or toonforce users.

And I still assume no anime characters?

I think Celestia, the Crystal Gems, Aku, Aang, Korra, and The Powerpuff Girls are the most powerful Western Animation characters.

Going with Aku, the Lich, and Bill Cipher. Not too sure about the heroic side of things though.

Bill Cipher is definitely the most powerful of those three. According to VS. Battles Wiki, he might be multiversal in terms of power.

Actually...change of mind. Uncle Grandpa is the most powerful cartoon character. Full stop. You cannot convince me for anyone else.

How about the giant robots from Megas XLR?

Doesn't he count as a "toonforce user"?

Also, how about Wyrm from the new TMNT? It could grant wishes and play with the universe! Though it was bound by genie rules and contained in a hypercube.

Twilight is one of those "depowered when the plot requires it" variants.

Why? He's a Western Animation character.

But he's also a Genie. Magic.

Oh well, I'll say him any way. Maleficent is also a candidate.

He's sorta a character who uses his genuine magic to emulate toon force, so technically not a toon force user.

Shazzan and The Dream Maker were so powerful they ruined any suspension of belief in their respective cartoons, relying on their Kid Sidekicks acting incompetent to drive a plot. The Shazzan writers even admitted he was too powerful to write stories with. The Wuts from the latter show would probably apply too, but they at least suffered one sound defeat.

I would say that Discord is the more powerful along Dark Phoenix

Skips and (especially) Pops from Regular Show need to be there as well.
