[nja]Anti Ninja

Auriga enters the battlefield at the Eleventh Hour and begins calling someone. You're already late and now you're calling someone that's gonna be even more late?

Jon starts a combo attack, ending it with a Level 50 Chaos Dunk. The Godmodder shields himself with a barrier, but...

Piono continues the combo attack, which is probably the only combo attack done this game, and ending the combo by smashing the Godmodder with his hit credit at the end. 1 damage!

Speed plays another song to increase the power of the combo attack.

Sacred supports the attack too.

(Just supporting is not gonna do anything because it's only gonna do 1 damage if it hits, regardless of how good the attack is.)

Huh, you think you guys really could do this, do you? The Godmodder raises his Scepter as he gains a powerful aura.

'Battlefield

Godmodder Full Heal: 2/3.

Godmodder: 1/100. Aghanim's Scepter. [GM]

Looks like the final attack needs to be on this turn. Well, we need to push forward! Let's synchronize our efforts!

I re-apppear at literally the last hit point, again. The suddenness of this action startles the Godmodder long enough for me to magically teleport in a 1,000 man band made entirely of tuba players right next to the Godmodder, lead by none other than your glorious friend and leader, Anti-Ninja.

The combination of Anti-N Inja and the 1,000 Tubas causes the Godmodder to flash red and turn ninety degrees clockwise from the frontal perspective before vanishing in a puff of smoke, AKA the Minecraft Avatar manner of dying horribly.

I don't care if this doesn't work I'm doing it anyways, and let's face facts, Anti-Ninja deserves the kill with all the work he's been doing.

I'm going to the State Fair, soon, so I won't be able to post for a good amount of time, since I have no idea when we'll be getting back. See you guys when I can, alright?

I decide that it's time for the ultimate attack.

I rise into the air and slowly begin chanting... a string of runes splaying about my person, I look up at the Godmodder and cackle madly. You know what? IT'S SHOW TIME. Now, the funny thing is that I've always talked about how absolutely devastatingly powerful rune magic is, everyone's heard me yammer on about it's potential effects and everything it can do and all that garbage, but the fact of the matter is, I've never really showed it (except for that one time with the giant cannon that toasted the Deicide mech, but that took a bunch of people and doesn't really count) because when Eric tried to use one of his Poems, it got countered by Piono (this took place during the 3rd Trial in Destroy the Godmodder 2) so we've never really seen what rune magic can do, especially with the spells that takes days, weeks or even months to properly prepare...

Everyone that's played DTG seems to have, at some point or another, thrown together a massive attack to try and complete a kill... Well, you know what? Here's mine. I am making my bid for the hall of Godslayers, and I promise, it shall be a doozy.

Slowly, the runes begin to converge around my person, coalescing into a massive suit of armor, made entirely out of golden light. I slowly alight on the ground, and begin to chant a Verse.

Golden blade and shining flower. Burning sun and scorching power. Break the lines of evil drawn, and cast my sight into the dawn. An enormous blade extends outwards, oversized even for the massive suit I have created, I charge forward at the Godmodder, swinging it down, and with the first blow, a massive crash of burning light explodes outwards from the blade, vaporizing everything in a small area, and igniting foliage out for a sizeable distance. I swing the blade back around again, and smash it into the Godmodder once more, and the scorching light appears once more. I continue pounding away at the Godmodder, and begin shouting confusing words at a high volume, and the light begins to get brighter and brighter, stronger and stronger, until finally the blade shatters, unleashing a massive crash of thunder and enormous explosion of light. Be cleansed in the holy light of karma coming to kick your butt.

I then proceed to football kick the Godmodder into the air, and as he flies upwards I mutter another incantation... Wings of glory give me flight, through the day into the night. and two massive shining wings unfurl from the suit of armor's back. I immediately launch up into the sky, but I travel too fast, and one of the wings slices through the Godmodder, I reach the peak of the Godmodder's arc, and stop, waiting as he comes up. As he begins to reach me I pull out a large orb, and a basketball hoop appears around the Godmodder, and he gets hit by the massive shining basketball coming back down with power of a level 100 chaos dunk. So awesomely powerful it breaks the formatting that would normally be used to show just how awesome it is and reverts it back to regular text.

As the dust clears, the Godmodder picks himself back up from the ground, only to look up. As the dust was clearing, I was busy muttering a number of other Verses. Now overhead are a large number of runic Summons, all glowing with a powerful golden light. Dragons, snakes, horses, robots, even a pig. They all glare downwards at the Godmodder. I finally finish the last Verse, and suddenly an enormous golden prism appears in the air. All of the summons nod at once and turn and begin blaring massive breath attacks, lasers, fire, lightning, poison, pig spittle at the prism. All of the attacks coalesce inside, turning into a massive rainbow of golden light, which proceeds to bottom out the prism, upending the entire attack onto the Godmodder prematurely and scattering golden attacks all around.

I facepalm at having tried to use an attack concentrator that wasn't powerful enough to contain the attacks being focused into it. Rookie mistake. Oh well, there IS something I can try to do instead... I slowly float down to the Godmodder, who is trying to shield against all the incoming blasts of golden energy attack. I march forward, and he is helpless to do anything to stop me, he's too busy trying not to be creamed by everything else. I walk forward and tap him on the head, uttering a single runeword, which, if translated, comes out to "Curse". As if on cue, all the attacks begin to focus on the Godmodder again by the sheer power of "probability" and the Narrative, having roughly the same effect as if all of them had been focused on him in the first place.

Let me tell you a story... runes begin spiralling outwards, spilling from my lips like water from a waterfall, cascading out in waves, bouncing off of my arms, and slowly spiraling outwards to make a complicated pattern. This won't be the story of the Godmodder conflicts, as one might expect... shapes appear on the ground, in the glowing masses. No, that is a story to be saved for later... Fire. War. Destruction. Monsters. Not all has come to it's conclusion quite yet. Hope. Banners. Heroes. A Hammer. And that greatest story must wait to be told until then. A Scar, A Scepter, A Story, A Scribe. No, instead I will be selfish... A gun, A swarm, A fractured mind and a shattered past. I shall tell my story instead. Everyone stands mesmerized by the play of shapes and lettering that splays across the battlefield.

Once upon a time, there was a young man, an ordinary person, who held no great place in the world around him, ordinary, ignored, average... The shapes play out in a display, a young man walks along a sidewalk, looking around at the monochrome cityscape around him. But nothing lasts forever... The image is clouded over, shapes can be seen in the distance, destruction, death, extermination. As a cancer grows and grows, as a disease spreads, there must always needs be a Doctor to disinfect the wound. A box appears, there is resistance, the invaders are pushed back. But sometimes, despite the operator's greatest efforts... The young child is seen fighting back against the aliens, protecting his friends, hiding behind some crates, occasionally firing a gun taken from one of the invader's own hulls. A hardy strain of infection can be carried out. The invaders suddenly disappear, and the child looks around, then up to see a figure extending a hand in offering. And so a boy became a man... the two are seen entering the box which is, naturally, bigger on the inside, and contains a small team of soldiers and various adventure-y looking people. His first story ending... Shows the box flying out through space, the young man looking out the door in wonder, before being pulled in and the box flies out even further... And an even greater one beginning. The box stops out in the Void before it became clouded by darkness during DTG 2, back when you could still see all the universes from the depths. The young man stands starry-eyed looking out at it all in wonder. Meanwhile, in all this madness, the Godmodder has been being hit from all angles by dalek extermination beams. This is indeed rather painful and distracting as the giant beam from the prism hasn't abated yet.

I never lost that sense of enchantment, although it did fade over time. The young man slowly grows into a fully fledged adult, seen in different places looking out over different portions of the voidscape. It was soul-crushing when it all went away. One last shot, Eric stands on the top of the Preston Cole watching as dark clouds cover the view of the Multiverse. He turns slowly and walks back down into the hallways of the ship as the last "stars" are obscured from view and darkness settles across the entire field. And as the darkness covers the view of the story, it falls upon the battlefield, obscuring all light, and as a side effect crushing the Godmodder with a solid dark attack.

But of course, everything happens for a reason, and years do not pass without event. At least, not anymore. The recording rewinds quickly, reverting back to when the box sets down in a vibrant city, the young Eric stepping out and looking around in wonder at all of the different people, aliens, creatures, fantasy races, robots of different shapes and size, armors, weapons, items, entirely too much to take in all at once. Haven, not a very creative name, but one that was greatly self-descriptive. One of the few safe places left in a Multiverse in turmoil. Eric is slowly led towards a large headquarters building through the crowds... And now I was to join it's protectors. The Inter Universal Peace Corps. Eric is brought into a bit of a council room. people talk, and soon his face lights up and people stand and applaud. Suddenly the Godmodder is assailed by a massive slew of different objects. There are swords, spears, frying pans, miscellaneous attack spells, a goat, a couple of different little alien things, a large cart runs him over, explodes and turns into a person, then beats him over the head with a sign post before running off, and a piano falls from the sky crashing into him.

I was deemed worthy, and given a particular member as my mentor... Eric is seen training in combat with a version of Scratch who is wearing a black combat suit. A golden version of Scratch rises out of the sea of runes and begins giving the Godmodder a swift drubbing with his broomstick. And even beyond that, tutored in the ways of runemagic by the Oracle of the Void themselves, a rare occurrence, although not completely unheard of. A figure wrapped in shadow and a cloak rises, spitting off runes of its own, which coalesce into magic attacks sailing into the Godmodder in tandem with Scratch's broomstick swipes.

It was hard, but it was more than worth it. A figure of Eric himself, wearing his coat before it became tattered, wielding a staff, charges out and begins spinning out attacks in tandem with the other runic figures. The three are in perfect synchronization, Scratch and Eric working together, and the Oracle seeming to know their moves even before they do. And it was far from without it's rewards, friends came about, as they always do in an organization so personally based. A number of other figures, using a number of different weapons and fighting styles appears, most of them attacking, one just appearing to boost the power of the others.

It was a good life, saving others, being saved. Being a hero... A number of ghostly figures appear around the edges of the story pool, cheering on those in the center beating on the Godmodder, and even throwing items themselves, boots, bricks, rocks... I even got a girl, a proper partner and I would even believe my soul mate... Another woman appears, this one with more distinct features than those of just the regular group, she moves over to rune-Eric's side, and the two of them nod, charging forwards in a powerful combo attack. And even managed to befriend my own weapon... A large, ornate-looking rune replica of a sword flies out of the sea of runes into Eric's hands, and joins in, honing Eric's strikes to where they will deal the most damage on the Godmodder.

But nothing lasts forever... Even as the figures continue to strike at the Godmodder, unleashing their barrages of attacks, a wind begins to blow, it rips and tears into the Godmodder's very soul, but not only his, but apparently the rune-copy's as well, as they blow away, as if made of dust or sand, their figures sloughing away in the bitter wind. And as is the cruel way of reality, the end ultimately came from my own hands... The scene changes once more, the 'arena' made by the runes shifts up, throwing runes around as if sand being whipped up by a storm.

Imagine my surprise when one day I met a very familiar figure a rune copy of Piono grows up out of the ground, standing on a block, fighting off a demon very clearly from another universe. A persona I had crafted for use in a particular game only intended to be used in the form of a past time with friends. Eric suddenly dashes in cutting the demon in half, turning and the two look at each other in surprise, the scene seeming to move in, almost as if the two are looking in a mirror to see the other. The Godmodder is barraged by the scenery moving so quickly, knocking him off his feet then another block smashing into his face as he comes closer to the ground.

It felt weird at first, befriending what was, effectively, another version of me... The scene shifts again, Eric and Piono fighting off a horde of demons together. The Godmodder suddenly and confusingly finds himself in the middle of this scene, fending off both demons and the duo of the scene, not quite certain how he got back at the center of everything. We grew close, traveled the universe, but ultimately he turned down the offer to become an active member of the IUPC, deciding instead to just live as a reserve member on Haven. It fades to Piono shaking his head, refusing an offer from Eric and several other figures. The Godmodder is still fighting demons for some reason he can't really puzzle out why.

The beginning of the end came. Everyone could've sworn it was the end itself... A rune version of Dimentio cackles, holding a replica of the Chaos Heart above his head, sending lightning out everywhere, the paradox represented by abrupt absence of the runes making up the entire scene. The Godmodder is of course right in the way of this dark striking, which still somehow hurts. And so the War of the Dark Carnival began. Worlds swirl about, clowns jump in and out of focus, pursued by myriad combatants, the Mainframe itself can be seen charging through the chaos, ripping holes in paradoxes and those that would perpetuate them. The Godmodder is, as usual, in the way of everything.

On that day I lost a burden... A vague silhouette flashes in and out of view... But I lost an even greater treasure. Piono appears, and falls to the ground racked with pain as dark lightning flashes out of him, catching the Godmodder in the meantime. Perhaps in retrospect it may be obvious the battle that had begun in his head... Piono spasms, the two sides of his face split emotions, one in fear and pain, the other rage and greed. The Godmodder feels the pangs the Split that once upon a time plagued his own mind as the emotions play across the face of Piono faster and faster.

We left him in his homeworld, hoping that perhaps some time to relax would be what he needed... Piono stumbles about semi-blindly, bits and pieces of the First Godmodding War can be seen in the background... The Godmodder minds himself in the background, suddenly fighting off those ancient attacks. He still hasn't stopped being confused as to what his part in this is. ... Piono stumbles into an empty clearing, suddenly falls over, seems to split into two people, one of them respawning, the other just fading away... It wasn't. The scene sort of fades away as the now evil Piono cackles.

His power grew, and through the predestinations of his own future self... DTG2 begins to fly by, attacks whizzing past so fast the Godmodder can barely block any, let along all. He grew into a mighty conqueror. This is a story which you already know, and again shall be saved for when the entirety of the story is laid bare. Piono stands atop a mighty ship, a fleet of Nexus warcruisers splayed out behind him, laying waste to a planet... and the Godmodder. And this is where you, our own little unstoppable demon, come in. I point at the Godmodder, and energies surge up, chaining and highlighting him.

You, in a twisted sense of preordination, took all that he had worked for for yourself, paradoxically through the whims of the Narrative and Conflict, being the reason he had to lose himself in the first place. The Godmodder is suddenly burned under the scorching hatred that Eric has for him and all his existence has done to ruin his own life and the lives around him. Not only that, but you had the audacity to use him in the course of wiping the very organization that created the world he was raised in off the face of the timeline. Piono and a troop of Project Nexus soldiers appear, hovering over the Godmodder, as smaller figures of IUPC members and those who lived in Haven run about, blasts of utter destruction tearing into everything.

You took everything from me again and again. Destruction after destruction, Eric running from universe to universe, death and danger following behind. You took everything from HIM again and again. Piono falling into his madness, Piono having his power ripped from him by the Godmodder, the Godmodder is forced to duel with Piono much like what happened during the MSPA session. Everything comes to a head, and once again the Godmodder cleaves through Piono's sword, breaking his power and casting him away...

I began to rebuild... It shows as Eric begins to gather the members of the new IUPC... And I did, despite YOUR best efforts A sea of destruction and fire washes out throughout the scene and over the Godmodder... The Eclipse. I even managed to rescue those from Universe A who'd been caught up in your schemes. The meteor the Homestuck kids were on is intercepted by the TARDIS, and they all load on, moving away, the meteor crashing into the Godmodder. And yet you still aren't satisfied. Your forces attack us at every turn, we still have to fight you nonstop. The forces of the New IUPC are seen fighting in a number of different places against the armies of Project Nexus, the Godmodder is hit by stray shots.

He never recovered. Piono wanders about in darkness, jumping from world to world, always pursued, never resting. The Godmodder gets stepped on and stabbed several times. In fact, your persistence in chasing his destruction... Phobos and Piono duel, Piono flees and even has to run from Tricky. Chased him into the arms of the very enemy which struck him down in the first place. Piono appears making a deal with a Paradox Duplicate of Dimentio, holding Oblivion's Destroyer. Even going so far as to emulate the techniques of the one he once vowed to destroy... Piono raises Oblivion's Destroyer and the representation of paradox energies shoot out, a number of Pionos that somehow seem less... distinct begin to form behind him.

This is the damage you have wrought. A figure darts out of the shadows and attacks the Godmodder. I am but a single life, old!Piono smashes a hammer into the Godmodder's forehead. And yet you've managed to inflict upon me alone many many lifetimes of suffering. Eric's replica carves a swath across the Godmodder. I have no way of comprehending how much damage you have done to others... "Scratch" appears and applies another drubbing with his broomstick. But if you are capable of doing this much to me... A slew of attacks from replicas of the Homestuck kids slings in dealing more damage. Then the suffering you have caused must be unimaginably high. A form of the RED DRAGON appears and crashes into the Godmodder dealing more damage.

Slowly the pool of golden runes circles inwards, the Godmodder is released from his chains and falls to the ground. The golden runes are not done yet however, they begin to spiral upwards into a great pillar of monumental power. For the world that might have been, for the possibilities that never saw the light of day, for all the hopes and dreams that you crushed in your futile efforts at petty revenge, I condemn you. I pull out a book, and let it go, it flips and flip and flip faster and faster and faster and faster and runes begin to tumble out of the page creating a massive whirlwind of golden letterings of the forgotten language that runespeak is held in.

In the name of everything that could have been, I strike you down with everything that still might be. I let loose one final shout, and as it flies out into the air, the runes change, and so does the sound. Everything shifting, as if all potential ways I could have phrased or said it were shouted all at the same time, filling the air the cacophonous shouts of eternity. And the golden pillar at the center of the Battlefield splits open.

A crowd of people can be seen, in the distant background is a pair of planets orbiting a single star, nothing else can be seen but the sheer soul-crushing blackness of the void. The Godmodder suddenly realizes he recognizes there people. At the forefront of them stands Eric himself, brandishing a large sword, flanked by Wilson and Hank, both of them ready for whatever is coming. Behind them stretches those who are presumptively the potential members of the IUPC.

A cry goes out, and all of them level their weapons, bursts of energy flying out, gusts of winds, eye beams, lightning, ice, fire. Everything you could possibly think of washes outwards and slams the Godmodder back into the wall of the crater that has been created by the powerful forces tossed about for the sole purpose of harming him. He tries to fight the forces, slowly pulling to his feet, only to fall over again as the sea suddenly cuts short.

Instead, a large, harmonious chant has gone up. Within the pillar of golden light, all of the members can be heard chanting various runic phrases, a veritable rainbow of different colors flowing together above their heads and spreading out through the opening, a cascading cloud of brilliant hues and wondrous mixtures of light that one would think impossible. A beautiful, transcending light. As cheesy as it sounds, the power of friendship made manifest into a single, terrible power.

The storm coalesces above the Godmodder's head, and unleashes with it the entire wrath of the Narrative, hindered only by the fact that it is but the potential of such an attack instead of the attack itself. Even still, it is powerful enough to completely obliterate the rock. If it were targeting anyone other than the Godmodder, their soul would likely not survive to make it's trip to Limbo. The Godmodder is crushed to the ground by the oppression of those sworn to destroy evil and actually do their job.

Before the Godmodder can get all the way up, the pillar closes and opens once again. This time a figure very familiar to him comes out. Piono. This probability Piono steps forwards, powerful hatred the only emotion visible anywhere in his eyes, his body posture or anywhere on him. He walks forwards and glares down at the Godmodder with nothing but pure loathing.    Stand up so I can look you in the eye when I rip out your heart.

He slams his foot down and the earth below the Godmodder smashes him up into the air, and suddenly there are slices through everything in front of him as Piono splits into all sorts of different forms, wielding Ircucvci to it's greatest possible extent, cutting hundreds of thousands of slices in a time approaching to a true instant. As he turns to examine his work, he draws out another blade. Power radiates from it, and as soon as he finishes unsheathing it, energy explodes outwards leveling a massive area for miles around.

Rapture's Glory is not a blade to be trifled with.

The raw elemental power slammed into the Godmodder is enough that under other circumstances it would be enough to destroy worlds, galaxies, perhaps even sunder more fragile universes, like driving a wedge in between the crackes of a window, then hitting it with a sledgehammer. Cracks being to form in the Godmodder, and his form seems to shatter completely, scattering his essence to the winds of the Multiverse, destroying everything in sight completely and utterly.

And then suddenly everything is back to where it was before. The pillar crashes together once more and draws open once more. Through it... the Godmodder can see himself, but wearing a glorious crown and at the forefront of a massive army. I am what you could have been. It is your own foolish choices and failings that keep you pinned down such as you are. You are a disgrace.

He jumps back and his troops all take aim and fire in unison, Nexus soldiers pouring out of the portal and unleashing their weaponry. Grenades, laser shots, someone accidentally freezes over the Nether again, and the entire battlefield is rendered an unrecognizable mass of mechroa worms. The airships unleash their bombardment, slamming into the Godmodder over and over again as a pair of figures step out of the portal.

The Godmodder becomes aware of them when the stopsign hits him in the face. Phobos then lunges forwards, plowing dark tentacles through his chest, impaling him with EXTREME prejudice, then tossing him up in the air, where Tricky bounces up and begins comboing him, holding him in place while Phobos revs up Ultimatum, preparing for an enormous stream of bullets, he opens fire, and Tricky slams him into the storm of bullets, tearing through him even faster and the stream of explosions quickly moving back until an all-mighty kaboom shatters the ground as everything goes off at once.

The Godmodder slowly struggles to his feet while potential-him strides out of the dust, catching him with an upswing from his hammer. You could have been so much more. His hand turns into a giant shark, chomping down and swinging him wildly about. Instead you have to do this, you limit yourself, you lose and lose and never stop losing. The Godmodder is slammed into the ground repeatedly and extremely painfully. I can never be you, which is a shame. Perhaps if I'd been real these same foolish mistakes would not have been made. He leaves off not even doing a full attack, he just kicks the Godmodder a few times then walks back into the portal, traveling back to the realm of not being real, but merely a possibility.

The portal slams shut once more, the pillar swirls upwards beginning to fade away, before it suddenly begins violent, curving around and slamming into the Godmodder one final time. I rise and close my runebook, setting it on the ground as it slowly begins to burn away, having expended all of the runes held within in this one attack.

I turn and walk away without a word, leaving the Godmodder to finish dying.

Update: I'm making this be far more than just a simple attack.

If you're dead by now, then I guess you won't hear this. But if you're still alive, then... Honestly, I oughta thank you. Through this fighting, I've finally found a reason to keep going, and I've purged some of the more annoying aspects of myself as well. But I guess all things must come to an end, eventually. And this fight isn't any different. And hey, I might as well help this go out with a bang.

First off, I pull out a device that is roughly the size of a smartphone, press a few buttons, and sit back.

I'd hoped that I would've gotten a chance to properly use this thing. I call it "The Purifier." It's a satellite, much like the one I had previously used. Except it's a lot bigger and it's fueled by magic.

A sparkle appears in the sky, and it starts to slowly grow bigger. Except it's not a sparkle - It's a laser. A laser made of pure magic, fired by a far-off satellite. It then hits the Godmodder from above.

I can tell that's probably not enough to kill you. But don't worry, I've prepared for that possibility.

After I say that, a pair of gelatinous metal hands erupt from the ground and hold onto the Godmodder, squeezing more and more tightly as time passes and I continue to speak.

I'd wanted to summon a stronger version of that Rainbow Devil that I had all the way back at the start of this mess, but I guess I won't be getting the chance for that either. So here, you get to be crushed by its hands instead.

But that's not all I have in store. Not even close. I then open a dimensional rift, and pull a mechanical-looking warhammer out of it. The warhammer then glows bright green, crackles with energy, and doubles its size, and I then swing it over the Godmodder's head, with a loud "CRUNCH" sound able to be heard as the hammer makes contact with the Godmodder.

Heheheh...

I then continue to whale on him with the hammer, as I continue to speak.

You... What is your goal, anyway? ...It doesn't matter, though."

'Cause you won't be accomplishing it. Not now, not ever.

I put the hammer back into the rift before expanding the rift and allowing several 30-foot-long swords to appear. I then telekinetically swing them at the Godmodder over, and over, and over again, as I continue to speak.

And here's another thing. The pantheon's gods? They had to rely on our help, as opposed to being able to solve this themselves. How weak!

I put the swords back in the rift, and close it before bringing my hands together and firing a stream of green hellfire from my palms.

If there's one thing that this conflict has taught me... It's that... this world... has no need... for GODS!!!

A few minutes later, I stop, exhausted from the effort of sustaining that attack.

Hah... hah... Geez, I doubt I'll ever recover from that strain... But then again, I didn't really intend on living much longer after the end of this, anyway.

I regain my composure.

I mean, there isn't much for me to do with my life, once there isn't someone like you to oppose. But I bet that somewhere, in another universe, there's another version of you, destined to be opposed by other versions of those who, this time around, united against you.

I remember that the aspect of me that functions as the Anti-God Machine's A.I. at this point in time said that he'd never show any more mercy to anyone he faced. And, in this case, I'm inclined to agree. You might have once been the kind of opponent I would spare, but now? Now, you deserve no mercy.

...Anyway, I guess my time's up now. Goodbye.

And, with all that done, I pick up a boulder that was conveniently located nearby, and throw it at the Godmodder, and spend all of my life force to magically empower the boulder.

Piono, that was so moving! I decided to mete out my own karmic punishment for the Godmodder, even though it basically comes as an afterthought to your Epic of an attack. I hope this is included. I think the Godmodder deserves more than this.

?: 76/? (—) Hint: —

??: 30/? (—) Hint: —

   Entity Pool:    40

Shadow stares as Piono (Eric?) begins his attack. Hearing the length of his story, he is touched by its depth and emotional strength. As the onslaught picks up, he begins channeling power from behind the scenes, clasping his hands and beginning to glow with a radiant light which continuously pulses from violet to crimson, then back again. As he channels, that same aura ejects a spark that zips toward the stasis-prone Anti-Godmodder armada. As the spark strikes the first of the group, starting with the other Aspects, then making its way to the Guardian, and then reaching the others, rapidly flitting from person to person, a lingering energy begins to form on the frozen combatants pulsing in the same way as Shadow's aura. As the spark reaches the last frozen body, it winks out, but the lingering energy remains, gradually working away at the stasis as the Godmodder's will falters, and Shadow's own will increases. At the time Piono's onslaught is at its peak, Shadow puts all of his effort into channeling his will, and a pair of large, folded, half-scaled, half-feathered wings manifests upon his back. His aura, and those on the frozen entities, burns brightly, and Shadow tenses. With a final flash, Shadow's wings snap open, and the auras dissipate. After a few moments of empty hesitance, the entities begin to move, realizing they've been freed, and Shadow smiles solemnly.

   "Welcome back, everyone."

At this point, the Godmodder is being subjected to the very last throes of the emotional onslaught, and, as he collapses and is left alone, Shadow looks down at the Godmodder, now hovering, his great wings outstretched. He shakes his head, his solemn smile not leaving his face.

"Now...I think the others would like a word with you..."

Shadow locks the Godmodder in a stasis of his own design, causing him to feel, and to be aware of everything...but to be unable to fight back, fall unconscious, or expire. At his silent signal, all of the once-frozen Gods, Players, and entities vent their frustrations on the Godmodder, putting all of their abilities to the greatest effect, showing how much of a great force for good they are when they work together. The Aspects channel and unleash their powers in unison, Protoh launches a rapid-fire assault of blows and energy blasts, steeled by his previous victory and his personal vendetta for the loss of his regiment in the last war, and the Guardian lands a vicious strike, tossing the Godmodder into the air, catching him in his mouth, fangs extended, and then flinging him, like a ragdoll, into the cold, hard ground. All of the other freed combatants take their own personal vendettas, and the Godmodder can just barely make out the silhouettes of all of the entities he had vanquished over the days of this war, all glaring at him with indignance over his actions, one of the last being the hulking shadow of the Infinity Weapon, glaring down at him with a fearsome predatory gaze. Once this has all subsided, and everyone has had time to mete out their own punishment, Shadow stops them, and stands over the Godmodder, looking down at the fallen tyrant with a sad smile on his face.

"Now...I could offer to spare you...to heal you, to simply imprison you for your terrible crimes..."

His smile falters, becoming a bitterly-neutral expression, hosting a terrifyingly-hollow, soulless emptiness in his eyes, which seem to go on forever, like a deep, dark tunnel with no end in sight, and he speaks his last remark in a voice that combines the voices of every single individual that the Godmodder had harmed in this conflict.

"...but you deserve no such merit."

Without another word, he blasts a beam of energy around the Godmodder, tracing a silhouette of great, infernal wings, symbolic of the Godmodder's tremendous evil, then shines a bright, blinding burst of radiant light at it, not bothering to look at his handiwork as he wordlessly walks away. Said light is likely the last thing the Godmodder sees as it washes away his evil from this world, once and for all, when Shadow releases the stasis. When he reaches the others, Shadow bows his head, clasping his hands.

   "Our work here is done."

Plus three to Talist.

If we somehow whiff this now, I may have to rethink my life.

[up][up][up] Spirit

Since his eyes are actually cameras, instead of actual eyes, Alpha can in fact witness the    Level 50 Chaos Dunk    and the EXTRA SPECIAL ATTACK without risk of his eyes melting. However, he was in such awe that he forgot to take his action last turn. Shaking his head back to reality, he manages to catch most of Piono's story. Moved by his words, he decides to help end this war once and for all.note

Throwing his weapons to the ground, he slams one foot into the ground and adopts a fighting stance, flames beginning to spin around him, eventually settling around his hands. The heat builds up to a point in which the temperature is many exponents higher than that of a sun, yet the heat seems to stop only a few feet away from him. Walking to the Godmodder, he whips his arms to the side, and two semi-transparent clones following his exact movements appear out of thin air, created by pure willpower and flames. This also serves to increase the overall temperature, as the clones are generating an equal heat. While he can't emote, it is obvious exactly which emotion is coursing through him now:

Anger. An indescribably large anger for all of the souls lost because of this monster. That's what I feel when I see you.

He shakes his head.

No. At least some monsters have a set of morals. You don't even have that saving grace. You. Are. Nothing.

With that, he grabs the Godmodder by the head, throwing him high into the air. When he falls back to eye level, all three versions of Alpha snap to the center, catching the Godmodder directly in the middle of a three-way volley of high-speed punches. Stopping, Alpha and the two heat clones grab ahold of the Godmodder's head and lift him up.

I can't believe I thought you could be helped.

Tightening his grip, all of the heat converges into the center, multiplying against itself. After what seems like an excruciating eternity, the flames reach a critical mass and explode, creating a massive ball of pure destructive energy, which then compresses upon itself in order to detonate once more. Looking at it, one could almost feel bad for the Godmodder.

Almost.

As the flames die off, a slightly damaged, albeit heavily charred Alpha strolls away, as if nothing had happened, before he suddenly collapses. A minute passes. Two. Three. He doesn't move an inch, not even to twitch. And all that his siblings can do is watch in terror, unable to even cry out.

AURIGA: Incoming subspace transmission, shall I display on screen?

Nexus: Yes, please do.

AURIGA: Shall we begin, then?

Nexus: Start transmitting the target coordinates.

  • he unshoulders his rifle and calls to the Godmodder*

Nexus: OI, NECKBEARD!

  • the Goddmodder turns to Nexus*

Godmodder: I've never seen you before.

Nexus: I'm a newcomer. Just a killmail parasite, really. Saw the rumble going down and couldn't resist joining the gank for shits and giggles. Say, you're looking really rough. Are you SURE you don't wanna just call it a day? You can tell the world you just got bored and left. Less of a blow to your rep than getting podded by a gang of lousy noobs, you follow?

Godmodder: ... you want ME to surrender? Insolent fool! In but a mere moment my full power will be restored!

AURIGA: Fold signatures detected. ETA 30 seconds.

Nexus: Yeah, about that. I've seen stuff like this go down. People think they're invincible juggernauts, only to find that the rest of the world is a lot more inventive than you think. You may have your god-like power, but you're all alone on this. Everyone here has sworn to destroy you. You have no backup, no comrades. You're the lone Revenant soloing in nullsec here, and I'm just one little bee in the swarm that's coming to take you down. Doesn't matter if I don't sting well - in the end its a tiny contribution in the concentrated effort to end you. Which should be starting right... about... NOW.

  • Just then, a voice resonates across the battlefield, not so much heard as felt within the hearts and minds of everyone present*

???: *singing* "Welcome to Walkure world...."

Godmodder: *In distress* This voice... inside my head... what are you doing to me?

Nexus: That's not me. That's my backup group. You see, in the end, even in this eleventh hour, neither I nor the forces I command have any power to defeat you.

???: "Welcome..."

Nexus: I can't defeat you... But I can sure as hell distract you...

???: "My heart, feel your love..."

Nexus: And THIS is what I call A MOTHER#$%^ING DISTRACTION!!!

???: "Welcome to Walkure world..."

  • The opening bars of the song "Love Halation The WAR" echo throughout the battlefield, and a rift in space-time opens in the skies just above the planet as the super-dimensional carrier Macross Elysion drops out of space-fold into an atmospheric descent trajectory. As the flames of re-entry surround the craft, it begins to transform, the ships main hull swinging downward and the engine modules extending to either side, while the carrier decks move outward and the bridge forward and up to create a roughly humanoid form standing over 1km tall - engines for legs, catapult decks for arms, and the bridge as the head. It slams into the ground directly in front of the Godmodder, creating a severe seismic shockwave, and brings the right carrier deck "arm" to bear, charging a dimensional fold cannon. The left arm extends to the side, and a quartet of VF-31 variable fighters emerge from the launch elevators, attach to the launch rails, and take off. Meanwhile, a set of amplifier modules mounted on the ship's "shoulders" activate, and a projector mounted atop the head beings to project holoscreens in various areas. Each holoscreen shows the bridge, which has been modified to become a sound stage and is currently occupied by five female performers dressed in flashy outfits. The amplifiers broadcast their song, and as they sing the Godmodder's forces begin to appear visibly distressed. Meanwhile, the anti-GM forces feel the song resonate in their hearts and minds, and are suddenly inspired to go all out and FINISH THIS SHIT.

Effect: Walkure Concert So long as the concert is in effect, Godmodder's forces will suffer reduced defense and anti-godmodder forces will receive boosted attack. I will give the game master liberty to determine the intensity of the effect as well as whether or not it affects the godmodder himself. Note that the song itself is being transmitted via space-fold waves as well as sound, so attempting to cover one's ears or otherwise block out the sound element is ineffective. The effect can be reduced by destroying the two amplifiers on either shoulder of the Macross Elysion - this will silence the actual sound and reduce the spacefold effect somewhat. Any action that causes the Walkure to stop singing (including their deaths and/or major damage to/destruction of the Macross Elysion's bridge) will negate the effect entirely. However, any direct attack on the Macross Elysion will be intercepted by Delta Squadron, the four aircraft that were just launched and are now flying Close Air Support, and are armed with Armor Packs for additional durability and several flights of missiles each.

Also, did I mention that the right arm contains a very powerful dimensional weapon? It's essentially insurance if the Godmodder is still standing next turn.

Delta Squardon: Takes 1 turn to refuel fully, rearm 1 missile flight, or repair 1000 HP when landed on Macross Elysion's left arm. When reaching bingo fuel state, they MUST land that turn or they will crash. Stats are displayed as HP / Missile flights / Turns until bingo fuel. Each craft is capable of VTOL manuvering when in Gerwalk or Battleroid mode.

For reference on what the hell exactly is going on here, here's the Macross Delta TV Tropes page with links to the wiki and whatnot: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Anime/MacrossDelta

(and yes, I am a fanboy, and yes my only motivation for even joining the fight was to sic the Walkure and Delta Squadron on somebody. As for how I am able to pay them... I'm an EVE Online player if you didn't already catch the references in dialogue. I'm stretching canon a bit to say that New Eden is essentially the Protoculture that vanished when the EVE Gate collapsed, and that we re-established contact with the NUNS at some point between the events of Macross Frontier and Macross Delta. And as for why they will follow me for pay... Xaos is a PMC, so essentially they're all mercenaries. I know I'm a little late for such a complex setup but just let me have my fun.)

[nja]Anti Ninja

It's funny how you think this ends here.

Eric unleashes a massive runic assault, the biggest one in this game, and tries to end the Godmodder. 0.9 damage. Look again before you look away.

Infinity attacks the Godmodder with his arsenal of magical weapons, ending with a massive magic-empowered boulder to the face. 0.09 damage. But it refused.

Shadow traps the Godmodder in a stasis and releases the other combatants. The released combatants all attack the Godmodder for 0.009 damage. That's what all of you did, a measly 0.009 damage. He traps everyone in the stasis again, but the Aspects and other RP characters are untrapped.

Jondanger stares at Piono's attack in awe.

Alpha does what is probably a self-destruct and engulfs the Godmodder in the explosion. 0.0009 damage.

Auriga attempts to summon a Macross Delta army, but they got caught in the stasis.

End of turn battle:

You all hear the screams of distant gods.

Arc Aura.

'Battlefield

Godmodder Full Heal: READY.

Godmodder: 0.0001/100. Aghanim's Scepter. [GM]

Welp. I did say probably your last attack. Also, yes. I did pull off an Undertale.

   Entity Pool:    40

Shadow and the other Aspects stare blankly at the Godmodder's dogged refusal to die. Shadow eventually narrows his eyes, looking detachedly annoyed.

"Tsk. You imprisoned our friends again? That's a terrible move! You're going to pay for this!"

Light moves to his brother's side, glaring at the Godmodder.

"Your spell has slipped, Godmodder! We Aspects are free!"

The rest of the in-commission Aspects join the pair, defiantly facing the Godmodder.

'You're not going to take anything more from us!'

"I would say your time of reckoning is at hand, fell tyrant!"

Neo recreates his Avatar, and narrows his artificial 'eyes'.

"You are going to pay for everything you have ever done to everyone you have ever assaulted."

The group channels their powers, and Protoh glares, freed on account of not taking up a combat 'station'.

"Make 'em remember what he did to my regiment, Milord."

Shadow grins darkly, nodding.

"Protoh, you can count on it."

He and the other Aspects channel their powers. Shadow glances around to everyone else.

"We're going to need to counteract that spell! If he casts it, he'll heal fully, and we'll never beat him! Everyone, we need to pool our efforts together!"

He blinks, pauses, and eventually narrows his eyes.

"...huh. Reminds me of another psychotic villain with a similar strategy."

The Aspects work on creating a climactic spell of their own, combining their energies and drawing power shared from their willing frozen allies. A dark, smoky haze forms around Shadow, obscuring much of his figure, save for a menacing, winged silhouette and a pair of fearsome glowing violet eyes. Its polar opposite, a blindingly-scintillating aura, manifests around Light, causing his armor to reflect a dazzling corona of radiance. A storm of wild leaves whips up around Spirit, borne on a fierce gale, threatening to tear into any who get too close, subjecting them to the fierce wrath of unbridled Nature. Arkus begins chanting a mantra, channeling his Magical energies into a single massive storm, ready to unleash a torrent of Eldritch energy upon the Godmodder. Neodyme glimmers with an Energy-packed force-field, and his control over Magnetic and Gravitic energy causes a slew of ferrous stones to be wrenched from the ground, and whipped into a swirling tempest around his ironclad form.

Anyone who wants a chance at a fittingly-dramatic end to this game can help push this attack along, I suppose.

I am taking over this mortal shell now. You are in no condition to fight.

Very... well...

Right. This body should still have sufficient energy to do what is necessary to assist in bringing about the resolution of this conflict.

I open a dimensional rift, and pull out a mechanical-looking poleaxe. The axe then glows with a teal light, and I slam it on the ground, creating a teal shockwave that heads towards the Godmodder. I then run up to the Godmodder, swing the axe at him a few times, and transform my axe into a rifle and fire several bolts of teal energy at the Godmodder.

It is also a gun.

I then open a rift, put the axe-gun back into the rift, and then pull a fully automatic stickybomb launcer out of the rift, before launching the stickybombs in such a way that they spell out "SPAM" on the floor, and detonate them, resulting in a very large, teal explosion.

According to my calculations, you probably aren't dead yet.

I then put the stickybomb launcher back into the rift, close the rift, and open a bigger one. Out of the bigger rift comes a wearable device consisting of a backpack with an anti-aircraft cannon on its back, and two gatling guns, fed by belts extending into the rift. Also connected to the backpack are several energy blades attached by extendable chains. I then put the device on, and prepare to fire.

In layman's terms... "Eat lead."

I then fire the gatling guns at the Godmodder for five continuous minutes, and fire the anti-aircraft cannon at the Godmodder every few seconds while I'm doing so.

Still not done?

The device returns to the dimensional rift, and I then close that rift.

I do not care what happens to the gods here. Truly, I do not.

I then open one final, massive dimensional rift.

Nor do I care how much collateral damage results from this attack...

What appears to be a satellite of some sort emerges from the rift.

But I cannot allow you to continue to do what you are doing.

Open fire.

The satellite bombards the Godmodder's general vicinity with high-intensity magical energy. The satellite then returns to the rift, and I close the rift.

...

I then fall over on the ground, and magical energy leaks from my body.

I have pushed this body to its limits at this point... There is little I can do now.

In all due seriousness, I may be continuing to play the game as best as I can, but I do kind of agree with Piono that Tabbune sort of let him down with that revive...

...I mean, sure, everyone likes Undertale, Tabbune, but Piono and I, and likely the others, poured our heart and soul, not to mention all of our spare time, into writing our attacks. Basically noping them kind of feels like you sort of don't really respect our creative talents, maybe...you were sending out mixed signals by saying this would be about the last arc, since you were getting tired of GMing, and then gleefully revealing that was essentially a huge lie. I think most of the people here self-destructing their avatars by the end here just possibly might be because they're getting a bit frustrated at how you seem to be disregarding their efforts.

I've been keeping a relatively cool (if not a bit passive-aggressive) head about all this, but, Tabbune, I think I'm honestly around as annoyed as the others. I'm just not venting as loud as some of my earlier outbursts, those which I apologize for.

ERROR! DOES NOT EXIST!
#3523: Aug 12th 2016 at 2:34:44 PM

OK, Tab, that was mean. And I mean you ought to just retcon that away. But whatever, I have won the game.

You may ask, why? Well, simple. Two things, which I shall list below.

First: As far as DTG goes, there are no such things as decimal places. They straight-up do not exist. Decimal damage is outright Impossible; all damage that is in decimal rounds down, meaning anything less than 1 rounds to 0, meaning the Godmodder outright no-sells, menaing in other words, in all reality, the HP of the Godmodder is still 1.

Two: My attack was completely ignored last turn. You may think of this as a slight detail or merely ignoring a non-epic attack, except, in DTG, if something so hideously major as a godmodder attack goes unnoticed (and godmodder damage is ALWAYS hideously major), the general rule is it automatically works for actual damage (that is to say, it is at least 1 damage) as an apology. After all, Game Master has the same initials as God Modder, so if the Game Master forgets something, so does the Godmodder. Meaning, before any of you guys so much as poked this jerk, I had already applied a 100% lethal attack which, because of Tabbune's ignorance in responding to it, has now almost certainly landed for the kill.

It might be an exception in this case, but even if it was just a lazy post for a ninja-kill I did actually participate in this game in its opening stages and have a mildly vested interest in at least being recognized as being here for the end.

Ergo, I repeat, abridged: The Power of Anti-Ninja and a thousand-man band composed entirely of Tubas slams into the Godmodder for the kill, and as stated above, it is definitely the kill, with no exceptions possible.

Psi-Godmodder Alpha, Whom has now succeeded Psi in all ways. I must remind you now that your failure here is equivalent to proving that the strongest Godmodder that ever was, is or will be, beyond even your sacred idol, the First Evil of God ever achieved. You should be above Dream, above Haruhi, above...Uh, the third guy (sorry), above all three of them combined at this point. You should be equivalent to not just any Terminae but literally the strongest known to Fiction, and in doing so should have no equals, only very close inferiors. And we are but the strength of Alpha Godmodders, at best. But no, you've been bested, again, by the Descendants, again. This is now your fourth time-fifth or sixth if you count your failures prior to the Shatter and your alternate's Shatter-failing to Descendants. Anything lesser you could beat, and anything greater you could beat, but we prove time and again that we are worse than Kryptonite to Superman.

So, to you, Psi-Alpha, not to be confused with Alpha the armor of Alphazoid's, I say this:

git gud u scrub.

In the manner of Minecraft avatars, and the irrefutable logic displayed above, the Godmodder turns red, flips 90 degrees clockwise from the front, and fades into a puff of smoke while a message in chat appears:

Godmodder 477 has been killed by The_Nonexistent_Tazz.

With that, I pick up whatever sicknasty L 00 T he's dropped and will be on my merry way, and if I fail to secure the kill, I tip my hat to whoever has done the deed so-long needed, and politely ask them to consider Destroy the Godmodder: Terraria Edition or Destroy the Godmodder: 0rigins, if you want a more...Difficult, but rewarding, GM fight experience in the future.

The world could always use more heroes, after all.

Anyways, it occurs to me that since the game is ending, and all we have left is the final cutscene and any bonus bosses that come after (which I think not everyone will stick around for)

There's a couple of links I should drop.

Here is the link to the DTG discord chat. With over 50 members and counting, this is where the majority of the DTG-related organization and chatting goes on. You no longer have to download a glitchy fanchat program to talk with people. If you have any questions or concerns pertaining to the Discord, I'll be sticking around until the end of the bonus bosses, so you guys have until then to talk to me here. I would recommend joining the Discord though, even if you won't be on very often, it's an in-browser chat client, and a large chunk of the community is active here.

Next up is the DTG Forums. These are mostly empty since we have few enough people active in the outside community of DTG that for right now at least, the chat client suffices for our needs. However, there are currently a number of spin-off games, a couple relating to people's backstories in the upcoming reboot (the ETA of which still remains dubious, I'm sorry. Life is hard), the occasional small game based around a particular gimmick (almost all of which are fun to join for the short time they stick around) as well as two major games, which I shall list individually below. (Un)fortunately, neither are canon. This comes with all the upsides and downsides of being noncanonical. Since they're noncanonical, all events within don't pertain to the actual overarching storyline of the DTG Multiverse. However, since they don't pertain to such, the only real rules and restrictions they are bound by are those imposed by the GM. This means you're generally free to try out more goofy stuff since we don't have to worry about disrupting the canonicity of things.

First off is DTG: Chaos. This game is unique because it doesn't actually play like a standard DTG game. Instead, it plays more akin to a tabletop game like Dungeons and Dragons or Call of Cthulhu. It takes a fair bit of time for strategizing, so you have to pay attention to everything, that being said, if you have the time and attention span, it is very much worth playing. It is well done, funny, and all around entertaining to be a part of.

And then we have DTG: Pain and Suffering. This is the only game that currently has a stable update schedule sadly. It also isn't nearly as big in scope as most DTG games are, but in the end, that's wound up making it interesting in its own right. This game is much more focused around player shenanigans than any other DTG game I've seen.

0rigins. The last big game in the series, as well as the last one of the main series. This session feels bigger than any of the others (even Terraria's bloated stat blocks) which is probably because of the high player concentration. This one might take a little while to get used to due to high story density, but feel free to jump right in. There's a lot going on, and plenty of things to shoot, smash and otherwise beat up. As a side note on this game, big shakeups are pretty common here, although updates are rather irregular, the rounds themselves are filled with tons of stuff happening. This is by far the most active game.

Finally, we have DTG: Terraria. The only canonical spin-off going on right now. This is the... densest session. If you have patience and want to pull off something stupidly big, here's your thing, as there is an uncapped charge slot available in this session. It's a big session, but be warned: empty walls o' text and absurdly huge stat amounts ahoy.

tl;dr, from top to bottom.

Discord chat, go here, even if you don't join anywhere else. That's where everyone in the DTG community chats and where information in general is passed around.

DTG Forums: Has a bunch of smaller games and two big ones.

DTG: Chaos, a DTG-themed tabletop RPG. non-canon.

DTG: P&S, a smaller, more player-oriented gameplay experience. non-canon, but my personal favorite.

DTG: 0rigins. The biggest running game, and set to be the conclusion of the current continuity. Go here if you're interested in influencing the story of where everything goes.

DTG: Terraria. The only canon game besides 0rigins in the current canon that's not either ended or close to ending. Come here if absurd weapons and large beasties for no apparent reason appeal to you.

   Maybe... Just maybe, Tazz...

Did you ever stop to consider...

That the reason that Richard isn't dead yet...

Is because that would end this? What have I been saying for a while now?

Hahahhahahahhahaha.... It's not over until I say it is!

A preface for what's coming next. Also: the beginning of my turn. Let's hope that whatever force stopping me from writing stops now.
