Decided the Big Three Segments should be after defeating Tentacle Driller. Good news is I'll instantly make the next update when everyone posts so yeah. By the way, Tentacle Driller was just fast and dexterous. Attacks done at close range simply don't give him the time, and in comparison he's practically Made of Plasticine as an Eldritchian.

In fact, there'll be a future Eldritchian actually strengthen by plasma, which will be done to drive home the fact they're unpredictable. Plus I wanted to avoid the Sniper Mech build anyways, cause then I'm forced to make Eldritchian designs capable of lasting at all. So admittedly, not too fun basically describing Tentacle just dancing. Don't really believe in "The Player's always right", so... Basically I hope nobody's mad.

At least I'm not really mad, those fights are supposed to be tough, if we would be able to curb stomp him that wouldn't be much fun.

I also have a quesion and a suggestion. I wanted to ask if its possible to modify AGI's as I understand it since they're so advanced humans may or may not know how to do this, I think of things like modifying their genreal appearance or/and behaviour, or to optimise them for things like melee/short/medium/long-range combat or things like that?

Also I wanted to suggest that we maybe start a hangar threat where every player can post the Armors that he owns, so other players could look up every Armor easier than just looking though the signups, maybe some Armors aren'T even listed there.

They are equivalent beings to humans, and admittedly CACHE actually doesn't know much more than the public. The deal with Falchion's AGI is basically jamming a bunch of knowledge into a baby's head and hoping it works, so... Yeah. Though they're very capable of learning and performing a role, so actually altering them is a bit extreme.

By the way, just a few updates left for Chapter 1 everyone, and Chapter 2 will have a timeskip.

Okay, I started to make a WIP Hangar post, here I'll try to gradually list all Armors currently in the RP. As you can expect this will take a while so please be patient and don't be mad if your Armor isn't included at the moment.

As for the use of this: I want to provide a central hub for all Armors so people don't need to scroll through the signups over and over again to see what a given Armor is capable of, also some people might own multiple Armors of which maybe only one is listed in the Signup or they switched Armors at some point etc, I ask those of you who have Armors that don't show up in the Signup to PM me with a sheet of them in the same manner as in the signups, thanks.

I'll order the Armors only by the faction the player is in, no alphabetic order or anything in those folders. I'm posting the Armor(s) and the respective Player here.

EDIT: It'd be also really great if your're doing any uprades to your Armor mid game to PM me so I can incorporate those, of course you're not required to but it would be really cool if you did, as this post mostly is intended to be something of a database you can look through. Contrary if you plan to keep the upgrades a secret (like installing a new weapon you don't want everyone to know you have) again PM me so that I leave this out of the post until you think you want to reveal it.

    • Name: Blitzkrieg
    • Type: Prototype High speed Assault Seelie
    • Appearance: Being somewhat 12 meters tall the Blitzkrieg has a slender design belying the fact that he is quite well armored. He does look mostly humanoid in shape. He is painted in a dark grey with shining gold ornaments on his wrists, neck and chest areas.
    • Personality: Blitzkrieg runs an an AGI called Mireille, while being fully sentiend she usually leaves most of the piloting to Sergey and is mainly responsible for controlling the Armors internal systems and sometimes the drones. Though she is fully capable of piloting and even fighting in the armor alone. Which she certainly did in the past, the exact reasons why she behaves that way and mostly leaves the piloting to Sergey is a secret only known to Sergey himself. Personality-like she is very calm and collected seldom uttering a word if not spoken to directly. Even then she mostly just answers 'As you wish, Sir'.
    • Capabilities: Having been build around the purpose of deeply penetrating enemy territory while inflicting as much damage as possible this Mech is an agile speedster with many vernier thrusters, his maximum speed is close to 100 km/h. On the same time his designers wanted to prevent that it was completly defenseless as such, while not being impenetrable he is quite good armored out of his 60 tons gross weight nearly 12 tons (1/5th) is dedicated to armor.
    • Loadout:
      • Additionally to the armor itself he carries 2 shields for defense.
      • 4 Type RTS-3E 'Ritterschlag' Plasma-swords, installed in pairs on both shields. These allow the shields to be used in a fashion similar to claws or spears.
      • 16 Small missles placed in four 4-tube missle launchers in his shields. Used mostly as a distraction one of these missles alone will at most cause medium damage to the average target, as such they are more used to weaken the enemies defenses than to inflict actual damage, though when used against lesser armored weakspots on the enemy they still pose a threat.
      • 6 Type DKG-1W 'Dicker August' Large scale plasma-cannons placed on two 3-tube sockets on his shoulders. These act as the main ranged weapon of the Blitzkrieg and either is able to inflict devastating damage when used correctly.
      • 4 Type JGT-4A 'Judgement' Anti-Capital-Ship-missles in pairs on both shoulders. Used as kind of a bunker-buster one of those missles alone is able to destroy a large-sized battleship with one solid hit. They are either used to destroy whole enemy bases or highly armored behemoths.
      • 8 Type KNB-5R 'Königsberg' Drones mounted as sets of 4 on the hips of the Armor, each drone has a small plasmagun installed. They can be send out and used as either a point defense weapon or in a more aggressive way to attack from very oblique angles, to suprise an opponent.
      • 2 Plasma-pistols. These mostly are used for point defense or to lay out supressing fire. While their raw firepower is not the best they have a high rate of fire and a low heat output. Also their weight is smaller than that of other hand mounted weapons allowing for a more fluid and agile style of combat.
    • External Equipment:
      • Additionally to his own backpack the Blitzkrieg is able to mount a 'Sturmangriff'-Variable-Booster consisting of a large scale propellant tank coupled with either 3 large thrusters for long range travel or 10 thrusters for short range speed bursts. In either case the booster can be purged when the fuel runs dry.
      • Also, when it is in support-mode (that being folding both arms and legs to save space and swiwelling his weapons to its sides) Ultimo (Mistrals Gigan) can be used as a backpack of sorts, giving Blitzkrieg additional 8 plasma-cannons which will show on the sides of Blitzkriegs chest. Additionally to those the 'Nightmare-chains' Ultimo uses note  are also available for Blitzkrieg. Also Blitzkriegs and Ultimos systems will be coupled in this state allowing one to accomodate for system failures of the other.
    • Creation Background: Requested personally from Sergey Smirnov on the basis that it should be able to assault vital bases and headquarters deep in the enemy mainland. Thus the engineers at CACHE created Blitzkrieg, incorporating artificial Eldritichan muscle tissue to make it more responsive to the pilots commands, while he as is has no Variable System plans for upgrading him are in the works.

    • Name: Enigma
    • Type: Prototype Infiltration Seelie
    • Appearance: Standing at 12 meters Enigma has a slender design, around his whole body is a coat that he uses for camouflage and to hide his movements. His head sports advanced long range sensors, they are in mounts capable of rotating 360 degrees, behind them is a thin sheet of armor which gives them the look of wolf ears, the fact that those sensors swiwel around most of the time much like real ears also does its part. Due to this Sergey requested the head Armor to be remodeled so as to resemble the head of a wolf. This is one of the only changes he ever made out of pure cosmetic reasons.
    • Personality: Due Enigmas unique loadout its operation requires two AI's/AGI's to work in tandem. The internal systems and flight patterns are normally either controlled by Mireille or, if she's in Blitzkrieg by a normal AI, Mireille is able to remotly take control of this AI to control Enigma from afar, the other AGI is only there to coordinate the massive amount of drones. Even though she has exceptional abilities she is very timid. One noteworthy fact about her is that she for some reason has decided to render her hologram with cat ears and a tail, why exactly she did this is not clear but since it didn't bother Sergey and she seemed happy with it he never asked her about it.
    • Capabilities: He is fairly lightly armored with only 5 tons of armor out of the 55 tons gross weight. He makes up for that with his extremly high mobility and agility. With 150 km/h maximal speed and his ability to stay undetected he can frequently stay out of combat alltogether, should he be forced to fight he mostly launches his drones to attack the enemy while he himself stays undetected.
    • Loadout:
      • 1 Custom made Physical round Sniper coil gun. This high powered rifle is capable of targeting enemies at up to 150 kilometers, though theoretically its possible to shoot as far as 225 kilometers with a reasonable margin of error. On ranges greater than that a target could not be reliably aquired. The complete underside of the rifle is a physical blade. The rifle is able to fire most types of ammunition including GaussianNote , HENote , APNote , HEAPNote , APDSFSNote , IRNote , ECMNote , Though despite the looks this weapon is not the main weapon of Enigma
      • 34 Type KNB-5R 'Königsberg' Drones, the main weapon for Enigma, the drones a capable of incapacitating enemies from afar and striking from all angles and distances, this high number of drones means that Enigma frequently can disable opponents without being spotted once.
    • External Equipment:
      • Enigma can replace some of his drones with other equipment suitable for the specific mission, like escape pods spysatellites or other automatons.
    • Creation Background: In the same way as Blitzkrieg Enigma was developed to penetrate enemy defenses and quickly moving deep in their own territory, unlike Blitzkrieg however Enigma was build with stealth in mind. Sergey mostly uses Enigma in situations where an approach based on raw power is out of the question or when the moment of suprise is essential. Able to pass by most sensors unnoticed Enigma enables Sergey to assault anything nearly unnoticed, rarely ever firing a single shot himself, rather he launches his drones to attack from all sides, diverting the enemies attention away from him. Should he be forced into a fight Sergey mostly relies onto his own piloting skills, as the Armor itself is underarmored and only carries a single Long Range Coil gun which doubles as a sword. In the same manner as Blitzkrieg Enigma's joints are fitted with artificial Eldrichian muscle tissue allowing for a very fluid and natural combat.
  • Tenebrous Gaze
    • Name: Lunar Symphony
    • Type: Icarus Custom-Assault
    • Appearance: The armor unit matches Kit's cybernetics, sharing the same white coloration and bulky white armour plating. It stands at about 6 meters and has a slimmer build, being built for maneuverability. It features two very large circular shields, one on each arm, which have a shiny pockmarked surface, giving it the first part of its name due to their apparent resemblance to the moon. Although fairly humanoid, its "head" is clearly a large bank of sensors and speakers arranged in a spherical shape. Sitting on either shoulder, and able to retract partially into the back, is a large cannon. Embedded in the middle of its "chest" is a black hemisphere which glows when it absorbs energy.
    • Personality: Its operation is assisted by an AGI referred to as Alice. Although not completely sentient, she is intended to act very human, as it was decided that Kit would operate better with a sort of co-pilot. Alice, alike Kit, is largely positive but is more grounded and keeps him realistic and following orders. Strangely, she is very prone to literary quotes and references.
    • Capabilities: The Lunar Symphony is designed for quick attacks and as such is fairly speedy and maneuverable but has enough armor to take a few hits, provided it does not draw the singular attention of a physical threat. It also has a considerable amount of in-built weaponry, the most notable being its large circular shields. These can protect it and, if need be, the nearby environment from damage. It also has two large shoulder-mounted cannons which can release powerful physical projectiles, although the mecha can only hold a small supply of ammunition. At the end of each arm is a variable portion which can manifest a dagger-like blade. There is also a hemispherical unit embedded in the chest of the machine which allows it to absorb energy and release it as a sonic blast. Although not normally capable of flight, it has some hover tech built in to let it jump and slide with incredible agility. Many of its more complicated operations are constantly altered and adjusted by Alice, and it can only be operated by Kit, as its controls interface directly with his cybernetics. Because of this, the cockpit is fairly small and deep into the machine, being very well-protected. The direct interface allows for perfect control, the mecha acting as an extension of his body.
    • External Equipment: A set of flight boosters have been made for it which allow it to take to the skies. However, it is not normally designed for aerial operation so these are less commonly used. There are also a small collection of guns which can be used by it or other mecha with similar sizes and shapes, which fire basic projectile or energy attacks.
    • Creation Background: Kit had already proven himself using several mundane mecha, most notably a mundane version of his mother's super mecha Lapis Typhoon. However, as it became clear that he was suited to use of advanced neural interfaces, a heavily customized mecha was created for him which utilized such an interface and ported some of the weaponry from Lapis Typhoon into a smaller, more maneuverable unit. Kit has not been using it for long but has already become used to it, with the armor proving to be worth its development costs.

    • Name: Agaris (Technically its the name of the black box AI)
    • Type: Wunderwaffen
    • Appearance: The humanoid design was carefully done by Lucus' father to effectively mimic the mobility and overall proportions of a human body. This was to help facilitate a users ability to control the Armor through VAR technology, even if they have little training or experience. The aesthetics were mostly Lucus' design which he based on old manga he has seen; though he will openly admit he got lazy with the plain color scheme and just left the engineers to color them however they saw fit.
    • Personality: The Mech actually uses the portable AI Lucus got from his father. She is a powerful analytical agent that aids in navigation, enemy detection, targeting and also a personal assistant for Lucus. It is caring and protective of Lucus, so actually and has acted like a mother or older sibling when he has been in need. Since Lucus always keeps the core on his person, Agaris is always by his side ether connected through the Armor or just linked to his smartphone or laptop. During the full use of the Armors VAR system she almost becomes a peice of Lucus acting as a calming voice even when he is stressed.
    • Capabilities:
      • The Armor is primarily controlled via VAR which allows for it to be piloted in a exceptionally precise way. The Armor also had a internal set of joysticks and levers for control but Lucus finds them too clunky for combat purposes. The Armors subsystems are controlled by Lucus' AI which can be slotted into the main interface which also handles giving tactical information and assistance in combat.
      • The Agaris has the ability to project hard-light barriers parallel to its forearms which are good at defending against most forms of ballistic and explosive weaponry. Against laser-type weaponry meanwhile it is virtually useless. Using the barriers does make it difficult to also use weaponry to the angle the arms must be placed at. This was designed as a method of defense that was lighter than adding more armor though it does drain the Armors power instead. In addition the shields being projected from the arms mean that at most it can only protect from two directions can be protected from at one time, so being attacked from multiple directions will make them difficult to use.
      • Agaris is capable of two methods of flight, its first is a slower method of hovering with directional thrust to angle the movement and keep the machine upright. This was designed for combat, its maximum speed not being huge but capable for most purposes. The second method is its ability to fold and transform into what looks synonymous with a jet, it is designed for high speed travel from destination to destination but does greatly limit the offensive ability. This form is usually controlled by Agaris due to Lucus not knowing how to pilot a jet manually and it not working with the VAR controls.
      • Agaris has two main on-board weapons the first are a pair of retractable electrified blades "Arc Blades" for close quarters combat. The blades are made from a compound of metals making it exceptionally durable and decently sharp. The second on-board weapon is Hand Cannon that fires charged slugs of super-heated metal. In simplified terms it is a very large plasma pistol. The Armor can only carry a limited number of blocks of suitable metal per load-out. There is a limited amount of excess power available to be re-directed into the weapon systems, therefore only one can be powered up at a time.
    • External Equipment:
      • A large scale rifle, based on the pistols design has been developed for long ranged combat. It is not always taken into combat as its weight can slow down the Armor as a whole and there is limited space for ammunition.
      • There are separate attachments for the Armor to make it more suitable to either underwater, high or low temperatures or Zero-G environments. Such are admittedly prototypes that mostly haven't been tested however due to a lack of necessity.
    • Creation Background: The Mech was originally owned by Lucus' father though it too was incomplete, Höchste Einmal tried to re-purpose it after his demise but it seemed to be programmed with a unique encrypted sequence. As Lucus grew up and discovered more about his fathers research he equally became increasingly interested in the Armor. Others had just skipped over it, the time it would take to decode the sequence was longer than building one from scratch and it seemed incomplete anyway. Lucus meanwhile began to sift through the files and logs he inherited with help from Agaris the AI and eventually decoded the sequence within a long series of video logs with his fathers research. Alot of the research was on ways to combat the Eldritchians and some mention of a Project Salvation; though Lucus has so far failed to find out much about the project. (Though there is still quite a lot of research left to be decoded.) The Armor was produced by his father as a platform for testing experimental weaponry and designs. Due to his ability to decode the encryption and his apparent ability at maintaining it Lucus was eventually granted it as his personal Armor to be both trained in and later for combating Eldritchians. Lucus adapted the system to allow his AI Agaris to control its main systems in replacement of the very basic software pre-loaded for testing before. Lucus had made quite a few modifications and has completed the Armors overall systems with help from his fathers notes and a lot of study. He does not claim to the original creator though he has certainly done a huge amount of work on the machine considering it was just a prototype skeleton of a machine in comparison before.
  • Nitrous Thunder
    • Name: The Chariot of Fire
    • Type: Super Wunderwaffen
    • Appearance: Despite its name, the Chariot of Fire doesn't have much of a fire motif. Instead, he named it after a song off of one of his favorite albums from when he was a kid. Based off of this◊, but with a more angular design. The color scheme consists of black with white and purple accents. Contained within its shoulders and the sides of its torso are massive amplifiers.
    • Personality: Seth, upon being presented with the chance to design his mech's avatar and personality, immediately jumped at the chance and created "M.O.L.L.Y." (it doesn't stand for anything; Seth just felt like it needed to be an initialism.) M.O.L.L.Y.'s avatar is a girl about Seth's age and height with stunning good looks dressed in a white crop top, tight jeans, and Doc Martens. She has a soothing Irish accent, which makes her sarcastic banter and blunt honesty much more calming and easier to swallow. At his personal request, if Seth is on the verge of an emotional or psychological breakdown, M.O.L.L.Y. is programmed to reassure him and keep him from snapping.
    • Capabilities: The Chariot of Fire is controlled by copying Seth's movements, with AR cues as to what he's holding in each hand so that he can adjust accordingly, along with verbal commands. The mech is designed to play to Seth's combat specializations and cybernetic implants. Its reflexes and movement capabilities are beyond that of the average Wunderwaffen, in accordance with Seth's own augmentations, but everything else is about average. Its primary defense is a Beehive Barrier plasma shield that contours to the shape of the mech, which is only visible when something hits it. In the Chariot's wrists are two machine guns, one for each hand. Firing requires Seth to make a verbal command and then make a fist. If he wants to throw a punch, he has to issue a verbal command to stop the guns from firing. As for escaping, if Seth is knocked out, the suit can fly away on its own to an area outside the combat zone, but this requires the suit to drop all shields, leaving it vulnerable to attack.
    • External Equipment:
      • Ranged: Two pistols, scaled up to the mech's size and designed to be used in the Guns Akimbo style. The pistols have two modes of ammunition: unguided missiles, and plasma beams. The latter drains a small amount of energy from the plasma shields.
      • Melee/Special: The Guillotine, the mech's signature weapon, carried on his back and held there by magnets . Designed to resemble a cross between a battle axe and a guitar, its blade is made from one of the sharpest metal alloys on Earth. The Guillotine can be used in two ways. If swung, it works like a battle axe, but at the size of a mech. Its other mode, and the signature ability of the mech, requires Seth to issue a verbal command to lower his Telecaster from its compartment and into its hands. Once he does this, the amplifiers in the mech's body stick out, and when Seth plays the Telecaster, the Chariot plays the Guillotine, unleashing massive sonic blasts that can knock down skyscrapers. The attacks are generally more powerful if Seth knows what he's doing and plays a song that he knows.
    • Creation Background: As a reward for his high marks last year, Seth was allowed to design his very own mech for use in combat. He decided to build a mech that would combine everything he considered essential about his identity into something uniquely his own, and the Chariot of Fire was the end result. Seth considers it his magnum opus, and if it's destroyed, he'll probably design the Chariot Mark II rather than coming up with something else.
  • Edwards Senpai
    • Name: Aincrad
    • Type: Super Wunderwaffen
    • Appearance: this except black and red instead of white and gold
    • Personality: Sarcastic, would rather be anywhere but docked and tends to try to help out when possible, but it's typically with snappy comments that come out hurtful. He doesn't like people who call a project or mechanism faulty, or broken, but instead likes phrases such as "needs a tune up." He isn't overly bad about it, but push those buttons too much, and he'll snap. Though, he is a rather gentle giant to most people, except when he's being piloted, and he never out looking to hurt someone.
    • Capabilities: Super-speed, flight, durable plasma shield, average mech strength.
      • Piloting mechanism: A controller, almost like a video game, making combos really simple, but overly elaborate maneuvers a little more difficult.
      • Failsafe: If the pilot becomes incompacitated, Aincrad can pilot himself to escape, but is only programmed to escape a battle and return home, not fight.
    • External Equipment: Large mid-range rifle, Regular shield, High-density Sword, Several Missiles
    • Creation Backstory: Airncard is extremely rare, being able to use the auto pilot. Aincrad, when built, did not have an A.I., but his creator felt there was something missing. Thus, Aincrad was born. His A.I. made him rather sarcastic, and sometimes downright rude, but he has a gentler nature underneath such an exterior. The problem was, he didn't feel anybody was fit to pilot him. So for about a year and a half, he had no true pilot, and would reject most anybody trying to use him. After that year and a half, his first pilot came in, and proved herself worthy, and her name was Emilia. After such a feat, Emilia piloted Aincrad for several more months , until a disease overtook her, and she became paralyzed from the waist down. With that, Aincrad went back to rejecting pilots, swearing that only Emilia could choose his next pilot, and so she did, and his name was Azazel, another faulty project. Training didn't go so well at first, Aincrad rejected Azazel, but soon found that Azazel was a more pure spirit, longing for the adventures that only a kid could believe in, and so Aincrad sympathized with the new pilot and made Azazel promise to never sop adventuring until he was put like Emelia or died.

  • Omega Shadowcry
    • Name: Blaze Champion-00 "Raziel"
    • Type: Mixed-Range (M-Armour) VESTA, "Legendslayer" Edition
    • Appearance: Angular, with a primarily mid-dark cyan coloration. Head resembles a cross between a Fallen and a Samurai. Body resembles Jehuty of Zone of the Enders. Customized with the personal sigil of Victor, two crossed bat wings beneath a gold gladius, on both shoulders, along with the numbering "56-4" just beneath. Green-cyan Tron Lines travel across the entire mech. The eyes glow gold. Parts of the arms are covered in glossy, dark red "scales". Two main "wings", the forward boosters, jut out from the back.
    • Personality: Run by the EGRETT program, a combat-oriented program for the highly mobile pilots. Rumored to be based off of the legendary Magnus V. O'Malley, but this remains unconfirmed. Insured for 30 years of continuous combat. Is also a massive d*** when it finds it to be funny.
    • Capabilities: Champion posses a base medium armour, designed to take at least a few hits, while still allowing for speed. Additionally, the cockpit is centrally located and is reinforced with a layer of a metatron-charged titanium-tungsten alloy. Hexagonal "scales" on parts of the body grant additional maneuverability, especially when using the Anubis-type limbs. The thrusters positioned all over Champion's body allow for both absurd speed, and impressive dodging abilities. The top speed has been clocked in at at least 400 miles per hour. Excellent sensor range and lock-on capabilities help pilots react at high speed. An advanced reactor gives the mech plenty of power to spare. The alternate form changes Blaze Champion into a ultra-high-speed jet, as the majority of the thrusters are now clustered near the back. The standard, lightweight alloy armor can be exchanged for a heavier reactive armor that pumps the attacker full of six million amps, or an "absorbative" plating that absorbs incoming energy and stores it towards the next attack.
    • External Equipment: In the style of the classic knight, Champion carries a wrist-mounted energy blade and a 200° frontal projected shield. Possess the following auxiliary weapons
      • Burst Beam: A charged, linear-accelerated, back-mounted rail cannon. Victor wants big boom.
      • "Hypertorus" Modular Disc Launcher: A quick-launching, magnetically-holstered, variable disc launcher. Think "spinfusor", with more options.
      • Metatron Pulse: An internally-mounted, momentary overcharge. Compatible with all weapons, and induces additional effects in some weapons. Strengthens improvised weapons, such as poles and structural plates.
      • Anubis-Type Reinforced Joints: Allows for bare-handed melee attacks. Works best when used in conjunction with a knowledge of martial arts, such as Krav Maga. Can also be used with Improvised Weapons.
      • Champion's Roar: A radial knockback weapon, based on the famous words, "GTFO". Uses psychic energy, as expected.
      • "Harvester" Psychic Lance: A front-facing lance of psychic energy, for skewering the unworthy. Designed for use in jet form.
      • Mk 9 Laser Chainbeams: Wing mounted, swiveling laser miniguns. More Dakka, less waste. Designed for jet mode.
      • "Angry Old Wizard": Seed Esper's codename for an external, psychic energy-based cannon. Bolts explode upon impact with the target. Carries enough charge for four shots, and then needs to be recharged.
      • "Wisp" Ranged Capture Device: A set of "pods" that fly out of the left arm and grab the object of interest inside a metatron-boosted psychic field, and return said object to Champion. Good for grabbing teammates in danger, or for objects that are otherwise to far to grab.
    • Creation Background: It was realized by Seed Esper that heavy, tanky Mechs lacked something special. Sure, a pilot could take an Eldritchian sucker-punch to the face in some of the Titan models, but it would be better to avoid the hit all together. The initial testing was... messy, to say the least. The human body, even when modified, was never really meant to experience multiple, massive bursts of acceleration. But Seed Esper pushed on, convinced that the right mix tech and transhumanism could fix that. First, the test pilots were outfitted with a newly designed suit. Then, the seat was given a number of impact gels and harnesses. A suitably strong reactor was designed, built, and improved until it was stable enough for actual combat. The AI was made with a base structure, then modified per pilot. The weaponry is most commonly explained as being the product of the lead designer, Sanji Miyamoto, having a rather intense fever dream. With the Champion, a peculiar customization was made, specifically to the joints, to allow for human-like degrees of freedom and mobility. Once all final improvements were made, the first mechs of the Legendslayer line debuted in early 2000, and have seen plenty of combat since then. They remain a top-of-the line-choice for pilots who prefer agility over armor.

    • Name: The Atlas, model name AS-7.
    • Type: Real M-Tank. M-Tanks are constructed by FASA (First Assault Systems, Associated) MekWorks, and while they are not exactly very maneuverable, they are very strong and pack a massive punch for their size.
    • Appearance: “A Mech as powerful as possible, as impenetrable as possible, and as ugly and foreboding as conceivable, so that fear itself will be our ally.” - Alexander Kerensky, lead designer of the Atlas
    • Personality: The Atlas is the Destroyer. When it shows up it promises nothing but dead Eldritchian. Big, mean, and scary, an Eldritchian that would laugh at even the most powerful Super Robot would second-guess themselves based on the Atlas's looks alone. It heralds human victory, champions total annihilation, and can pull a pretty mean handshake for something as imposing as it.
    • Capabilities: The Atlas is a massive war machine. Offensively, it was built to destroy. The Atlas carries two missile launchers; a long-range missile launcher in the chest that fires in 20-missile volleys, and a short-range launcher that fires in six-volleys and is incapable of locking on. Both carry cluster warheads, but the short-range missiles are far more damaging than the long-range missiles. For closer quarters the Atlas carries a burst-fire super-heavy railgun on the right torso, as well as four ultraviolet lasers – two of which are mounted on the arms, the other two in the torso. Weighing in at 100 tons the Atlas carries nineteen tons of armor; the unique techniques used to build it also mean the Atlas has FAR more durability than can be expected for a mech of its caliber, able to tank strikes that would cripple other mechs. The Atlas's arms are similarly beefy – capable of using parts of the environment as clubs or as thrown projectiles with far more potency than most other mechs. The Atlas, however, pays for it with slow speed – it takes time for it to react to things, and it only has a maximum land speed of 54 km/h, with a “cruise” speed of half that – and requires specialized equipment and transport to fight in other areas. This in mind, however, while an Eldritchian is very capable of running away from an Atlas, considering its super-heavy armor and lethal weapons compliment, a retreat is the best chance of survival for many. Of note is that “skullclamps” are necessary to interface with the augmented reality systems of the mech, allowing for greater pilot control.
    • External Equipment: The Atlas is capable of attaching zero-G gear and underwater gear to fight in non-Earth environments more effectively. In addition, the Atlas can carry a waist-mounted pack of retro-thrusters for orbital or aerial insertions; more for the health and safety of its pilot than for anything else.
    • Creation Background: The Atlas is one of the flagship mechs of FASA, the other being the Timber Wolf. FASA's mechs fit into four categories; “Light” mechs that are generally used for recon operations or harassment, “Medium” and “Heavy” mechs that can pull either role – Mediums tending more towards speed and Heavies tending towards firepower – and “Assault” mechs that are designed solely to project a devastating amount of firepower while surviving similar assaults. The Atlas is an Assault, and one of the heaviest models ever constructed by FASA – with a weight of 100 tons it is second only to the prototype Ares, a “Colossal” mech that is seen as more of a walking city of annihilation than a typical giant robot. One of the first mechs ever built by FASA, while the Atlas has gone through several aesthetic redesigns it has NEVER been replaced – there has never really been a need.

  • Undying Phoenix
    • Name: Phantom, as he calls it. (Actual Designation: Proto Peregrine Mk I)
    • Type: Prototype Icarus Armor.
    • Appearance:Looks like this◊ with a primary color of black, and the other bits being blue. The sword is shorter, on both arms, and is normally stored with the blade on the arm. There's also two, small powerful thrusters on the back. It's quite small for an Armor as well, being just barely into the accepted range for being classified an Armor.
    • Personality: PATCH is a cold, calculating AGI that's installed into the Phantom. He can be quite snarky, but tends to keep to the task at hand. If you need a careful analysis of a situation, PATCH is up to the task. Despite being only a commercial model, he's quite adept at doing his task.
    • Capabilities: The Phantom is a thinly armored, high speed devil. It sure can't take a hit, but when you're fast enough to create a double image, who needs actual armoring? It's capable of flight and hovering. With the built-blades that can cut through metal quite easily, and an autocannon machine gun built around the left hand, it's capable in a close range fight, as well as at a distance. A prototype interface system is built into the cockpit, that allows a designated Psychic pilot to pilot the Phantom almost entirely through their thoughts via telepathic messages, leading to increased reaction times, but less accuracy and longer stun times due to human error and feedback from impacts, respectively. Other than that, it's quite standard, if very high-spec, as can be expected from a prototype.
    • External Equipment:
      • The Phantom has the Eagle Rifle attached to its back, a high performance sniper rifle with three settings. Beam, bullet, and missile, in order of effectiveness and damage potential.
      • The Hawk Bow, a small bow that can be attached across the waist and expands to full size. It fires energy arrows, using power taken directly from the Phantom. It's a useful tool for when one needs to remain quiet at mid ranges, and avoid a lot of collateral damage.
      • As said earlier, the twin blades on the Phantom's arms make it quite deadly at close range.
      • An autocannon on the arm. Good for when the bow can't be used due to range, but not quite close enough for the blades. It's standard, quite weak but fast firing.
    • Creation Background: The Proto Peregrine MK I was born of a simple idea. The piloting of an Armor entirely through a Psychic's thoughts, freeing up space in the Armor and training time to learn controls. In order to make place for the complicated circuitry and electronics, the armoring on the Peregrine had to be skimped on, leading to it's current state of fragility. However, the minimalist design also helped kept the Peregrine light, agile and fast, also due to the powerful thrusters on the back. After it was finally constructed, they needed a pilot. A Psychic pilot. But not just any Psychic pilot. A Psychic pilot that could use the speed and agility of the Peregrine to its full potential. And with the preliminary tests approaching, and Max's Psychic abilities and eagerness to join, the Peregrine will soon take it's first real test flight...

I thought maybe I could upgrade both of my Seelies in Chapter two with them. As I got it there's quite a time jump between chapters 1 and 2, right? More precisely: Blitzkrieg could be fitted with custom Armor made in the same manner as Skeletal Conqueros Exoskeleton and the cloak Enigma wears could be made a little more like Spatial Render so as to gain a limited stealth potential beyond the normal camouflage.

Also what site will you migrate to?

Well I'll admit I am a bit lacking in character concepts in order to properly flesh out the Factions (there is more then I've shown however). Currently it'll end up as small pockets of knitted groups. However the story itself isn't an issue, with general ideas for each 'Episode' and a handful of alternative endings. Still, I am a little burned out with these 'same unless noted' settings. That and I think my GM style needs a little more refining. So I'll be running another thing alongside Destiny Drive Third. Interest Check for it will be soon, so...

Anyways, regarding Destiny Drive Third, my apologies. I can provide a general plan for the next few 'Episodes', and honestly I probably won't finish the update today. I know a poor schedule is pretty bad, but unless things actually go wrong I won't abandon this.

I'll be honest, if this game ends up going to some other site, I'm probably not going to follow. Keeping up with the RP's on one site is already something that's tricky for me to balance time-wise with everything that's happening in school and in my personal life, so I don't know how I'd do juggling two sites, especially if I end up subsequently joining other RP's on whatever site this goes to.

But as long as this game is on this site, I'll stick with it as best as I can. I feel like I've finally written an original character with some depth, and the setting and overall quality of writing people have been putting in for this RP are by far the best I've seen. I'm about to sign up for another RP with Seth—reworked to fit the other game's setting, of course, but fundamentally the same character—as a tribute to what we've done so far here. I know I probably sound a bit silly talking about this game so reverently, but the world we've created together is something truly special, and no matter where this game ends up, I want to keep some part of it going.
