Suggestion: Alternate Landmark History

So, in the YKTTW I suggested the pyramids with the orient express, a US flag, and Area 52 on them, but I also like this◊.

That doesn't look like the trope to my reading...what were the other ideas you had in mind?

Not unless it's also got some alternate history. I'm fairly certain that's what's still going on in that image, because Churchill sent them to Egypt, but it might be after that and only Rory doesn't know that all of history isn't happening at once any more. Of course, the Alternate Landmark History showing in that image is that... America made the pyramids to act as Area 52.

I like it, but I'm concerned it also looks like "America of the future" as well as (maybe more than) "the Statue of Liberty was built inside a robo-world instead"

9 looks pretty good. 7 has the problem of already being the page image for The Constant, among other things.

I like 9. Possible confusion with them taking the statues. Can be helped with a caption like, "And you thought they only built the pyramids."
