I knew something was up when it had next to no advertising prior to release, especially for a flick based on an established toy line.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting Agency...I didn't even know Max Steel was getting a movie.
"Lucian, don’t be afraid, we’ll make it through this."Well, it's directed by Mike Flanagan, who has made some acclaimed horror films (Oculus, Hush), so I'm not totally surprised.
Sing the song of sixpence that goes burn the witch, we know where you liveShut In is sitting at a not-so-pretty zero percent.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyI'm very surprised by this. I mean you have Naomi Watts, a well known actress, and a director who did two of the Daredevil episodes to come up with this.
A movie called Man Down is currently at zero percent. Maybe some reviews will improve the score by the time it releases next Friday, however.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyIt's up to 10% now.
Panhandling sign glued to hands. Need $5 for solvent.Underworld: Blood Wars is at 10%.
Panhandling sign glued to hands. Need $5 for solvent.…They're still releasing more of those? >.>
I ran into a trailer for it about a week and thought the exact same thing.
They probaly won't be for much longer. >.>
I've seen it so I could do a review for the news blog I work for.
Yeah it fully deserves to be at 9%. One of the worst movies I've seen this decade.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."That bad?
There are no redeeming qualities to it. Vincent O'donofrio does his best, God bless him, but his material just isn't good enough.
The best you could say about it is that there's some decent visuals during the Samara tapes.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."Down to 5% now. Ouch.
Panhandling sign glued to hands. Need $5 for solvent. It's up to 6% now...
I did not expect much considering it got pushed back several months.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyNot just a few months — it was supposed to come out in November 2015.
Peace is the only battle worth waging.Fifty Shades Darker is living up to its name in terms of reviews, with an 8% to FSoG's 25%.
Panhandling sign glued to hands. Need $5 for solvent.Wow, I wonder how badly the next sequel(s?) will be reviewed.
I am kind of mad that John Wick: Chapter 2 opens against 50 Shades because the latter will probably sploosh its way to number one at the box office, no matter how good the former is. Who thought that was a good idea?
One of the ads for the new John Wick actually parodies the style of 50 Shades' advertising.
At least the review quotes for 50 Shades Darker are pretty funny.

I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyI am getting the sense Fifty Shades will be heavily battered at the Box Office, actually. First one ran on a controversy and hype machine this one just plain doesn't have. And as it's been observed, Fifty Shades's box office was won almost entirely in its opening day and then plummeted to nearly nothing very quickly. John Wick is the exact opposite: first one was a stealth hit, this one has a massive hype machine behind it due the fact the first is pretty much a modern-day action Cult Classic.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."Box Office Mojo predicts that Fifty Shades Darker will come in second behind The LEGO Batman Movie.
Peace is the only battle worth waging.........
So far Max Steel has a 0%.
