There are way too many to count, mostly from the 1890-1934 and 1954-1966 periods in music, but this is pure musical happiness. I don't know anyone who could dislike this:
Among plenty of tunes (being an Electronic Music fan and all that), let's pick five:
Happy Mondays - "W.F.L. (Think About The Future Mix)" (OP, this was Shaun Ryder's first and most famous band - check it out sometime)
Rhythim Is Rhythim (aka Derrick May) - "Strings of Life" (a major Techno classic, if not the major)
Björk - "Big Time Sensuality" (the video version - the album version is ok, but it's not as danceable)
808 State - "Pacific State" (the original version - they made tons of remixes - still a House classic)

Just thought of another tune that makes me want to dance... this is probably one of the best records ever released in the 30s:
Twist and Shout by The Beatles comes to mind. It helps that I associate it with that scene from Ferris Buellers Day Off.

"Disorder" and "New Dawn Fades", by Joy Division, and any of the electronic tracks John Frusciante has done over these years.
Another one:
...I can't dance...
This song has gotten my feet a shufflin as of late:

Let us post songs that you have an urge to dance/jump around/jerk back 'n' forth to every single time they're on. Here are some of my favourites:
