Yes, in which you'll have to level up to at least 35 for your whole party. Second part's fair game, though you'll have to work harder than usual.
I can't believe I originally thought L was a spy.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.i prefer the scythe that comes with one of the heavy lvl30 skells tbh.
Finally beat the Thundercats.
Turns out it's as easy as blowing most of your money to scout a level 60 BLADE.
Also, got the flight pack. IT FEELS SO GOOD.
WE'VE GOT TO GET HIGH ENOUGH TO TRY

PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheyI managed to defeat Rexoskell on my first try this time. All thanks to a Ramjet Rifle, Takedown Shot, getting a bit of Merideth armor for my teammates, and a few too many Overdrives. Now time to finish off that bitch in style!
I didn't ever think L was a spy, but I did think he wouldn't be the only one of his kind.

OVER THE WORLD WE'VE GOTTA FLY!
Don't Worry is the best song on the OST. If the sequel doesn't have a remix we riot.
I hope they diversify it for each continent; hearing that song over and over got old.
... Um... I went into the barrack (while trying to register like Doug said)...where did it go? It's not where I left it....
I didn't lose it just going into a building did I? I didn't even kill anything with it yet.
One Strip! One Strip! In the barracks, it'll be in the hangar.
That hallway that you get to when you walk past the actual barracks part. You can see it at the briefing table.
Also, go into the barracks console and make sure you DID register it. The Barracks Hangar option should be open to you now.

Don't think you can get a fleet of level 20 Skells for your team right away; you can only buy level thirties and up, so be sure to get everyone levelled to 30 as soon as you can.
Well, I'm 31 myself. Currently, Lin and Elma are as well.
Got a few people over 20 right now. Anyway, before I think about getting more Skells, I need to get more weapons for my Skell... and probably buy new armour for the rest of my team and myself...and more augments... and a lot of shit.
Plus I gotta get the hang of using my Skell....
because if I don't, this is inevitable.
One Strip! One Strip! You can examine which weapons provide which kind of art in the shop by pressing R (I think). That way you can plan and diversify your Skell's Arts so that you can answer Soul Voices.
I usually have an Aura and a Buff Shield, a G-Buster, a Falchion, two Missiles, a Firecracker, and a Laser on every Skell.
If you're really OCD and want to level up your teammates faster, you ought to get three EXP UP XX Augments and powerlevel them. Don't worry too much about other Augments until you reach the late game, just focus on updating gear on your teammates every five levels.
You can be a bit liberal and start Chapter 7 with just your starting Skell, but by Chapter 8, you should have at least one level thirty in addition. Don't even think about starting Chapter 9 until your party's level 35, wearing level 35 gear.

Ah, skells. It's kind of hilarious that the only time I've wrecked it wasn't even in combat. I decided that if I jumped right, I could totally land on that little island in the middle of Oblivia's chasm and set up the probe there. Needless to say I didn't make it.
In other news I finished up the first Definian mission, as well as getting the Orphe in NLA now. Also, there's a gap between their AM and the one before it. Did I somehow skip unlocking one of the A Ms?
Reaction Image RepositoryFor what it's worth, a flightless skell can make that jump if you time the jump from leaving vehicle mode correctly. Of course, the probe site is level 5, but still.
In other news, I got around to actually doing chapter 11 and was promptly reminded exactly why I love Matthew Mercer and Cassandra Lee.
Oh, and Tatsu fucking redeemed.
Nopon, Six Stars, and Factory 1.21 A Ms are unlocked via affinity missions and the Doc BrownProfessor B quest chain. Six Stars not available until after chapter 10.

PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheyI'm down to my last Off the Record mission for Level 5 Biological. After doing the Mechanical and Archaelogical, it's weird that I don't have to fight a Tyrant for this one.
X4
Ok. That's good to know.
Still got a lot to do, so I'll clear off my quest log first.
Oh, I did that one church quest that I think some of you have been talking about a manon drinks some poisoned water and dies. A different one drinks the same water but survives though, and once again, Religion causes more problems then it solves.
Anyway, still got shit to do (I still haven't gotten Marry Me! again yet), so Chapter 7 won't be happening for a while. Also still need to get Lao's affinity quests as well.
One Strip! One Strip! If you have a Skell, you should be able to zoom past Sylvalum and into the first bit of Cauldros. Hope's recruitment quest takes place in a relatively safe zone of the continent, and you fight a pack of level 20-ish enemies, but that's it.
Last night I took out Pharsis. It was easy with Gravity Resist.
Up next I'd like to destroy Vortice. Anything I should know besides swapping out my Gravity Resist augs for Thermal Resist, and Ultrafauna Slayers for Piscinoid Slayers? Does he have any sort of nasty Reflect or other surprise in store?
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!@Airman: Which affinity missions are those?
Reaction Image RepositoryNopon Commerce Guild is unlocked via BFFS (the one about signing treaties with the Nopon, you should have it by Chapter 6), Six Stars is unlocked via A Challenger Approaches (get it after Chapter 10, and invest in some accuracy boosts).
Yeah, I have the first one open. Haven't done it yet though.
Reaction Image RepositoryI now have all the Level 5 skills. Requiring 8 Pale Maizes was a cruel.
Except against the Thundercats.
