I still think this needs something to clarify that he's eating the child for sustenance, to distinguish this from Eats Babies.

Too similar to the caption on Eats Babies for my liking.
Wait, Child Eater eat children for sustenance? If so, then the current image doesn't fit. Saturn/Cronus only eats his children to stop them from overthrowing him. He doesn't specifically eat only children.
It's not the only possible reason.

Actually, re-reading the description, this trope seem to be defined as creatures/monsters/villains who specifically targets children, be it for consumption or otherwise.
