These are pet peeve subpages for me. I think that they should be removed as wiki-style pages entirely and merged into a single threaded discussion style format.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Fridge entries phrased like questions invite answers, yes. A lot of Fridge Logic entries would be better off in a Q&A formatted thing.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThe Fridge pages are some of my favorite pages in the wiki... they could be organized better though.
It's simple: If someone writes a Fridge Logic entry (or Fridge Brilliance or Fridge Horror, though Fridge Logic has this problem more than others) in such a way that it demands an answer, you move it to Headscratchers. Same if you see an entry you want to answer yourself. FB and FH tend to attract natter of the Repair Dont Respond variety more; in that case, the whole thing is usually best deleted (assuming the natter is correct), like other Repair Dont Respond violations.
On a lot of pages though, it seems like Fridge Logic is always used as sort of a secondary Headscratchers, so what a lot of us have been doing is just redirecting the whole section to Headscratchers. Maybe that's overkill, but it's exhausting otherwise.
Okay, started a Trope Repair Shop discussion here. Feel free to lock it if you think it's redundant with this thread, mods. note
And the problem is not that it can't be easily fixed. The problem is the general attitude of Fridge Logic being treated as a secondary Headscratchers.

I appologise if this doesn't fit the thread, but at what point does Fridge Brilliance become Late to the Punchline? Namely examples such as this:
Fridge Brilliance
- In the 18th episode of Yu Yu Hakusho Abridged, after the episode ended guy that voiced Yusuke asked why Seiryu the Dragon was dubbed with a Hank Hill accent. He responded, "Because I'm a dealer of strict and cold pain". Not being a fan of King of the Hill, it took me a few years before I learned Hank Hill worked at a place called Strickland Propane.

It can be both. That's why it's YMMV; something one person easily caught on their first viewing can take someone else much longer.
That entry should be edited around the first person, though.
I've actually noticed something: If someone lists Fridge Logic on a fridge page, others tend to try answering it as if they're an alternative to Headscratchers, and thus, go against the ban of Natter. It doesn't help that some people phrase Fridge Logic as a question as if they expect others to answer them.
The ones phrased as a question can be solved by moving them to the Headscratchers page while the ones aren't can have their natter deleted. However, the fact that there's many who still seem to confuse Fridge Logic with Headscratchers means they may be a problem.
