Is there an image of him where he looks more like a monarch than a warrior wearing a crown?
OP and 4.1 are both cool. 5 is a little weaker, and no to 4.2. I suppose the other Lord of Bones will have to go by Rattleshirt. It reminded me of Igos Du Ikana, but I can't find a good image of him.

I offer this suggestion◊ of skeletal nobility for this trope. In general I think this is pretty hard to picture, because a lot of images will tend to look more like generic monsters, show the realm but lack the undead inhabitants, or look more like an army in the vein of Night of the Living Mooks. I think this might work, though.
