Interesting looking show.
The first two episodes can be found online now... if you know where to look.
I was not impressed with the first episode. It was kind of all over the place.
The second episode was great.
I am on board.
The animation is a bit stiff for this kind of cartoon, but then again it's the same as Adventuretime and they obviously have the same animation studio and some of the same crew members working on this.
I watched the first two episodes, and found them legitimately 2spooky.
My angry rant blog!I'm just now noticing the Woodsman is voiced by Christopher Lloyd. Nice!
Really loving the voice acting all around for this show.
GOH! JII! RAH!Watched the two leaked episodes...almost breathtaking.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.I'm looking forward to this - hopefully I can find the leaked episodes before they vanish from all the places I'm comfortable with looking in.
Edit: Of course I can't, this is what I get for being slow on the uptake. I suppose I'll have to wait til November.

It looks original and interesting...which means it'll probably get no love.
The whole series (10 episodes) have been leaked online, just so you know.
No, do not do this. Please watch the show on Cartoon Network if you watch it at all.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatIt's also been released officially on iTunes. Might just pick it up, got a long roadtrip next weekend, hopefully it can burn some time...
Well, I was not telling anyone to watch the show online.
It was more of a warning in case of spoilers.

This show's soundtrack is seriously too freaking good. There desperately needs too be an official release.
Seriously, just listen to The Beast's Villian Song. (the link may not work for non-North American tropers, sorry)
Also I noticed a lot of Adventure Time people working on the show, Pen Ward was even one of the the main writers and storyboarders for Chapter 4.

GOH! JII! RAH!Might as well post the rest of the officially uploaded tracks.
- Into the Unknown (Introduction theme)
- Like Ships
- Patient is the Night
- Foreward, Oneiroi!
- The Highwayman's Song
- A Courting Song
I hope there's some kind of shocking twist at the end of this series.
There apparently already is—on vinyl.
I've watched the whole thing semi-legally* and I'm gonna rewatch episodes as they air next week. I also started a recap page, and will make pages for the individual episodes at the same time (anyone else who wants to make them before that can feel free, though).

CN uploaded another track
Kind of annoyed that it gets cut off in the actual episode though.
GOH! JII! RAH!He was only gone 3 days and she's that devastated?!
It was funny how it implied the full song was way longer than it really was.
Here is a playlist containing all the songs linked earlier, plus one more ("Over the Garden Wall").
Interesting first episode. I'm guessing the development of the main characters is going to be the main focus of this series - they start off deeply flawed now, but there's the hint that that might be the entire point, at least for the elder brother.
Is the leader of Pottsfield a Bing Crosby parody? Also, is he the narrator? That would make a lot of sense, if grim. Anyway, with the exception of Beatrice I really like the Pottsfield episode - it's a very classic-type ghost story. Then again, so is the first episode.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. The show so far is pretty Creepy Cute, and the characters seem pretty simply made. I really like the gloomy Auttum-ish feel of the setting. Wonder if this will be a seasonal thing.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justicePretty sure that's just what Chris Isaak sounds like. And he's not the narrator; the narrator is voiced by Jack Jones (he's credited as "???" in the first episode) and you see what character that is later on.
Not sure what you mean by that.
