It would not be a good idea as it's a lot of pointless work. The name is not offensive and in most of these names it doesn't attract bashing.

It doesn't seem to be causing any problems. If we censored the wiki to avoid any word that could possibly offend anyone, we might as well close shop.

If there's any specific trope that needs to be renamed because the name is causing problems, take that up in TRS, and demonstrate why and how it's causing problems. We don't do sweeping changes like that.

There are many entries with the word "Idiot" in the title: Idiot Ball, Idiot Plot, What An Idiot, Idiot Hero, "Blind Idiot" Translation, Idiot Houdini, Idiot Hair, Idiot Savant, Rich Idiot With No Day Job, Almighty Idiot, etc. Wouldn't it be a good idea to rename them to something else? "Idiot" is an offensive word, and it can easily be used for caracter or work bashing (or, worse, it may seem as if it was being used that way for the newcomers, even if that was not the intention). And, on the other side, a fan of a character or work may prefer to avoid mentioning an otherwise adequate trope because it would sound very close to say that his favourite character or work is "idiot" or made by "idiots".
