For those out there who have grown attached to such absurd bits, this is the place to share and discuss the moments of cinematic silliness that stand out to oneself.

Yes. That scene alone convinced a non-troper to check out the whole movie. While watching it, he told me that he had a newfound appreciation for how good Foodfight! was by comparison. When he was done, he told me "My life is complete."

Has anyone ever told you to "Put a little chlorophyll in the conversation"? Or referred to a headache as a "thrombo"? ... No? Then you don't live in the world of The Oscar.

It features someone who resembles Hitler being killed by poison gas or something like that.

The Prophecy Sleeping bag explosion.

I have no idea how that person bounced back and exploded. Looked like something out of a cartoon, but really, I don't get just what happened!

I an partially cover that one. Quite a few sleeping bags back then and even today use feathers for insulation. So the mega bear swats the person with supposed great force into the hard object and the explosion of the insulation out of the bag is supposed to show how mighty creature is. But it end sup coming across as rather silly. In my head The I'm a Banana song was playing before he got swatted.
